I Purchased the 43" TCL TV, but I wish I had purchased one size up instead. It would have been a bit too big for my space, but after installing the 43", I think I could have made the larger size work. Unfortunately, the packaging was tossed and I'm now probably past the return date. However, I am happy with the picture, color is great, brightness is perfect and sound is good so no complaints there. I am somewhat disappointed with the remote options. I also have a 65" TCL and the remote is much more user friendly and it has options that are not available on the 43" remote, so I find it a bit frustrating to use. Other than that, I'm very happy with both my TCL TV's.

I did a lot of due diligence when looking for a TV. I looked at the TCL because I was interested in the Google Android Smart Hub, and it was a fantastic purchase. Some of the reviews said that there were issues with the backlight and the Wi-Fi losing connectivity. I had no such problems at all. The colors are fantastic. The sound is great. The TV has a good response time. I absolutely love it, and I can't tell you one thing wrong with the TV.

I remember when a 43" TV would cost a pretty penny. For a couple of $100s decided to give this unit a try for a secondary TV. Set up was simple. I like it that I can control Google devices from the TV. Overall picture is decent. Sound is good enough. There is a little bit of bleeding on the blacks but once again, it's a relative cheap TV. My other option was a Hisense for a couple of dollars less. However, my old Hisense just barely made it a year before it crapped out. That one, I spent a pretty penny on.

I purchased the TCL Q651G in the 43in for my bedroom and am very happy with it! Once the picture settings are calibrated, the pictures is very excellent! There is very little to no lag opening any of the apps, and the google home interface is so easy to use. The only downside is the viewing angle is VERY limited, so if you are looking for a tv for a big room or an entertainment room tv, I wouldn’t recommend this one for that reason alone. Other than that, I would highly recommend this tv!

I’ve been using the TCL 43” Q6 for a few weeks now, and I’m seriously impressed. The picture quality is outstanding — bright, sharp, and colorful thanks to the QLED panel. Movies and shows look incredibly vibrant, and the contrast is surprisingly good for a TV in this price range. The setup was quick and easy. It connected to Wi-Fi right away, and Google TV makes finding apps and streaming services super simple. The remote is intuitive, and I love that it has voice control built in. For gaming, the 120Hz DLG feature really makes a difference — gameplay feels smooth and responsive. It’s also compact enough for a bedroom or office, but the design still looks sleek and modern. Overall, TCL really nailed the balance between performance and affordability here. If you want premium picture quality without spending a fortune, the Q6 is an excellent choice.

This TV is a nice size for sitting on a TV stand, or mounting. (Mine is on a stand), but the color quality is great, and so is the sound, without having to turn the volume up much, you can really hear well. The picture shows really clear, as well. I can read without straining my eyes now. What I love best about it is the apps that I normally would have to switch to the firestick for are already there, plus you can install them with your Google account. You can install your firestick, and your antenna. If you don't use apps, it's still a good TV, because the digital antenna channels are so many. You can switch between local or streaming channels with the antenna options. So glad I have this kind of TV now. Thinking about getting another one to replace the one in the kitchen.

Excellent TV… great picture and sound overall. I’m using an AppleTV 4K as the sole input… not using the built-in interface/downloaded Apps at all, so no opinion on that. The only negative I can think of is I notice some lighter light-bleed “splotches” on the screen in very dark scenes when watching in a dark room, but that was somewhat expected since this is not an OLED or Mini LED screen. In a brighter room, the picture is fantastic! The screen gets VERY bright. In fact, I’ve advised the brightness down a good bit. The sound quality as great for built-in TV speakers and is perfectly adequate for typical viewing, but as with most TVs, if you want great bass in movies, you’re going to need a soundbar/subwoofer combo. For the money, it’s a great TV!

This is our second TCL TV. Very easy to set up and the picture is very clear and vivid. We recently canceled cable and went 100% streaming. We are enjoying watching our favorite shows and movies. I would buy again and recommend it to anyone

When I decided to replace my Roku system with a Smart Google TV, this model was recommended by a friend. The audio and video are great quality. The price is very good. Setup was pretty easy. I can't find anything bad to say about it.

huge upgrade from what I had. Entry level, so not astonishing, but it does have very vivid colors, and brightness. can struggle in darker scenes and can produce some strange screen tearing occasionally. For the most part I am quite pleased.

I haven't shopped for a TV in almost 8 years and I normally go with the VISIO brand for cost and familiar smart TV interface. I was very suprised by the TCL brand. Both by the clarity of the picture and by the responsiveness, compatibility, and ease of use of the Google user interface. Im always a bit timid of newer and less familiar brands (Visio, LG, Samsung, etc being more familiar) but TCL has been a great brand. I actually returned the Hisense TV with FireTV smart apps bc of its frequent app failure and input issues. TCL did a great job and I will definitely be looking for more Google TV devices in the future. I am an iPhone user and was suprised how well i could cast from my phone to the TV, control the TV using my iPhone Remote App, and simply integrate it into my Apple Home environment. TCL and GoogleTV is a big thumbs up.

Had this for a year for my mom. It's our first TCL TV because my Samsung didn't last long. This was a 5 star tv but with the last update. The TV is now darker and the motion rate is not as strong as before. I also got the 55 inch recently as well and I love it. That's a 5 star tv. Overall. This 43 inch is a decent TV. The picture is sharp. The Interface is google and way faster than Samsung. Good customization which lights up the background scenes for a budget tv. Mom will keep it. Hopefully there's a future update that fixes the brightness and motion problem. Maybe I got a lemon. Who knows? The other one works.

I bought this tv to replace a 2 yo Samsung tv. I love how bright it is and the quality of the pixels. Hoping that it will last longer than my previous tv!

The color and definition is great, kinda wish I'd gotten a 55" but honestly the 43" is good for a small/medium-sized living room, plus it's light enough and easy to move/not cumbersome at 43". There is some motion blur ("juddering") at times, but in my experience it's not bad, or often, doesn't last long and the pixels catch up quickly. That said, I haven't played video games on this yet so I don't know how often juddering would happen in that scenario. If it weren't for the occasional juddering, I'd rate the picture quality as excellent. You can adjust picture quality settings, clarity, and motion too. The TV's own speakers aren't bad either. I'll probably buy external speakers at some point but the TV speakers are good enough for now that it's not urgent. You won't get too much depth or nuance or ghost notes if listening to music, but the volume and sound clarity for everyday watching is fine. I didn't have high hopes for the Google interface and almost got a Roku external device before trying it. I'm happy I didn't spend the extra money. The Google UI is good for streaming platforms. Overall, for the size, the picture quality, and the price, I would definitely recommend.

I bought the TCL 43" Q6-Series (2024) mainly to use as a monitor, and it has honestly exceeded my expectations. One thing that really matters to me is proper Chroma 4:4:4 support at 4K, and this TV handles it well. Text is sharp and clean with no weird color fringing, which is critical when you are staring at spreadsheets, emails, remote sessions, or documentation all day. It does not feel like I am forcing a TV to behave like a monitor - it genuinely works as one. The 43 inch size gives me a ton of screen real estate. I can run multiple windows side by side without constantly switching back and forth. For productivity, it has been a huge upgrade. The picture is bright, colors are vibrant thanks to the QLED panel, and everything just looks crisp. When I am done working, I can immediately switch over to streaming or gaming without changing setups. Google TV is smooth, apps load quickly, and the 4K HDR content looks great. It is nice having one display that handles work and entertainment without compromise. Overall, I am very happy with it. For anyone looking for a multi-use screen that can function as a proper 4K monitor with 4:4:4 chroma and still be a great TV, this one delivers.

Great quality TV for the pricepoint. I use this outdoors in a covered bar area. It is pretty bright for a $200 TV...obviously doesn't compare with actual outdoor rated models, but it is 1/5 the price. If it lasts me a few seasons I will be very happy. It so far has survived a summer/fall/start of winter without any special care (other than putting a canvas cover on it when inclement weather hits).

I bought this 43" TV from Best Buy and it is perfect size for my bedroom. The Google tv option was easy to set up and I was up and streaming within 10 minutes.
