    Slow tv

    Bought this tv on door buster deal. I pluged it in and noticed right away it was slow on the menu page and in apps. Watching tv was choppy also. I have a 1 gig internet connection and it was wired so that was not the problem. I had to return it the same day it was that bad. Buy a roku tv instead of fire tv. Roku is much faster.

    Fire TV functionality doesn't work.

    Out of the box, the TV has a fluttering problem (intermittent black screen). TCL customer service was no help. I contacted the internet/streaming provider for assistance. We ended up adding a fire stick (added cost) and switching the input to HDMI. I have to use the TCL remote to turn the TV on and switch input to HDMI then use the firestick remote to manage the TV. I have to use the TCL remote to turn the TV off.

    Terrible TV

    Terrible TV for the price. Has that fake 4K look. If you know, you know. Feels cheap. Returned it and went with an LG instead—best decision ever. Totally worth spending a bit more!

    Poor quality picture, very poor from side veiwing, other than that, it is an ok tv
