No problems. Good picture. User friendly. Easy to setup.

Hi, our TV busted and we grabbed this after a friend recommended. We are so happy, it is just big enough for the wall without being too extra. I have to watch with subtitles and the image is great for that. Sometimes it's laggy and will get behind on controls. When it catches up, it can get a bit frustrating. But that's me being impatient.

I love this TV. It’s a great size and the picture is really sharp. It has lots of apps preloaded and adding additional apps is a piece of cake. The price was a good price point and I have absolutely no regrets. Will purchase more TCL branded tvs during Black Friday! What are you waiting for? Just buy it!

This smart T.V for the money is an excellent value. Since it is a Roku tv I was able to eliminate my Spectrum cable box which saves me money every month. The downfall is you NEED the remote it only has a power button on TV itself. Overall very satisfied. May I add I could not have gotten a better TV for the money Thx Best Buy!

I bought this for my niece, and she told me she loved it, and set up was easy and she loved how clear the image was. She liked many apps showed up on the bottom of the screen. She was very thrilled with the tv and how easy to enter act with the apps preloaded.

The 55 inch TCL Roku TV was easy to hang on the wall and set up. Configuration was not difficult or time consuming. The only downside is the volume controls on the side of the remote. That is an strange place to put them as we are constantly hitting them by accident.

This is the second TCL smart TV we purchased through Best Buy - a 43” last year for Christmas - and now this one. Best Buy’s price was the best, and the TV is crisp, clear and easy to set up and use. Very easy to add channels. Priced well, excellent value, fast delivery. Very pleased.

Easy to use, lightweight, and decent enough picture compared to high end Tv's. The edges are noticeably brighter than the center due to the edge lit backlight used. While I would give it 5 stars for value, its average performance gives it an average review from me.

Nice picture and easy controls. Can use the remote that came with it or download the app on your phone and not need to look for the remote as you always seem to have your phone close by! The tv weighs about half of what my previous tv does so it made mounting it a whole lot easier.

its an ok tv for the price that I paid for it. I dont know much about tvs and this one is right for me. The setup for fairly easy, I didn't really need to read the instructions. The picture quality and sound is perfect. The only thing I wish was that the remote was voice control and if we could use head phones.

First time buyer. Normally, I purchase Samsung or Sony but wanted to give TCL a try. Compared to my usual suspects, TCL displays great quality especially for the price. In addition, all the free apps you receive, plus Hulu, Netflix, and PrimeNow access is simplistic.

This tv was for my mother and father-in-law. They love it and it is really easy to use! I really like the TCL brand. I love the built on Roku. It was really easy to setup and you get channels with Roku. I bought a 50” and a 55” tv and I am extremely happy.

I love this tv! TCL is really coming around making good products! If you get one research the proper tv settings for optimal picture. Look for the right settings for the expert picture settings through the ROKU app as well bc it will make a huge difference!

This tv it’s really great for the money that you spend on it. Does not disappoint, make a great living room or bedroom tv. Great color and good sound without sound bar. Easy to set it up and not that heavy, so you can manage to put it on a rack easily with help.

This is my 2nd TCL tv and these tvs are great for the price , I would recommend buying a TCL over a Samsung or LG that is alot more expensive. TCL works with comcast or EPB so you don't have to get the tv boxes since you can download the apps on the tv.

So far, this has been a great TV for viewing. We use this as a TV that we bring outside for summer and fall evenings. That being said, you cannot Bluetooth to a Bose speaker. The Bose speaker can handle is, but for some reason, TCL doesn't allow for it. And while the TV volume is fine on a quite night, if the air conditioning unit on our house comes on, it's hard to hear the audit through the TV speakers, even on full tilt.

This was meant as a present for my mom as an upgrade. Boy, were we impressed! This TV is definitely universally fitted as a wonderful replacement to whatever TV or HDTV purchased before. The apps are quick to start, the remotr is simple and the integration was practically flawless. There was a slight problem with 5GHz connection, but that was on the router end which was fixed after researching the problem. Mounting was not a big problem as it was light enough to mount by myself. Even the power consumption is miniscule, even better than the one I have! I haven't assessed the refresh rate or HDR capabilities, but as I'm not using 4K products other than the TV I could care less. The picture is nice and I haven't complained at all regarding the picture quality. If I need to buy another, I will as long as TCL still makes TVs.

This TV was very easy to set up and is easy to use even for the beginner. I simply registered with Roku already had Xfinity so added the app. Picture quality is really good I use a soundbar so I can't comment on the actual TV songs overall very pleased and would recommend.

Have thoroughly enjoyed this tv. It’s quite amazing for the price. Good picture and sound quality. Easy to set up. I’m pleased with the purchase!

I purchased this television for my wife and was a bit intimidated by the size, thinking it would be too heavy to mount on our bedroom wall. To my surprise it’s not heavy at all. Very easy to program and only requires WiFi. I’m beyond happy with this purchase.
