This TV is awful. Dont get me wrong this is a good size tv and the picture quality is great but the main purpose I bought this TV was to watch sports. I have had this TV for about 6 months now and I have yet to get through a single full game coverage without whichever app I am using crashing at least once if not 2-3 times. As this is the main purpose I bought the TV this is extremely annoying and I am starting to question whether this TV is worth the price. Will not ever be purchasing another TCL

This tv has the worst Internet connection of any tv I've ever owned, it just randomly connects and disconnected all the time to the point that I can't use the factory smart features and need to use a Roku stick to watch anything.

Google tv very glitchy and annoying

Main gripe with this tv is that the Google tv interface is so glitchy and terrible. The Google home plug in is far superior to this. The TV will randomly switch to YouTube mid show and you have to reset and wait , sometimes multiple times in a row, before it goes back to normal. No amount updates and resets help the problem , just a bad black Friday deal tv.

TV has a nice picture. The problem it has is that if you connect the xbox you should use it only with that HDMI and use another additional port the image is frezze.

I really wanted to like this. But my fire TV is way better. It keeps signing me out of my apps and it freezes all the time.

Bought in July 2025. The LED panel is already detaching... (We are starting to see the LED lights in the picture).... Have never had this issue with TCLs... Absolutely ridiculous. Also, the Google interface is terrible for several apps. Go for a Roku TV...

Best Buy lied about there being a scratch on the TV. Works great, love it- but I feel like if best condition says “no scratches” Best Buy should actually give you a TV with no scratches. Worst corporate customer service too. However the rapid city location is wonderful and everyone is nice.

Stopped Powering on After 3 Weeks

3 weeks after buying the TV, it stopped powering on. Went thru all the checks, performed the power depletion process, and now working with TCL Warranty. Can't return to Best Buy after 14 days and who knows how long it will take to resolve; all for a $267 TV. I'm sure TCL makes a good product, but this should not happen on a New/Unopened device.

Wish I could return this tv. Maybe we got a defective one? It is very slow and takes minutes to connect to the internet when powered on. Then while watching shows lag and also disconnect. So disappointing and won’t be buying this brand again.
