Nice picture. Wish they hadn't put the on/off button on the bottom as it will not sit flat. That requires using the legs, mounting to the wall or buying an optional set of leg stands for $40+.

Picture is fantastic. But lag time is like waiting on dial up internet. I have several tvs in this house and this is irritatingly slow and it cuts off on stand by too fast, Support is no help fir either issue

Buyer beware! I bought a TCL tv in September of 2023. It stopped working in June 2024. I contacted TCL immediately. After a week of troubleshooting, they confirmed my TV was defective and a refund would be issues since the tv I purchased was no longer in stock.
On July 16, 2024, they notified me that a refund would be submitted within 30 business days. Last month, I followed up with TCL, then they informed me that it would be another 25-30 days until I get the refund. Over 2 months, and I still haven't received refund.
TCL does not appear to honor their promises. Think twice about purchasing a TCL tv

TERRIBLE TV

Only owned my TV for 2 years. Beginning of this month the TV turned on flickered and then the screen went black. TCL refused to work with me. If you want a TV for only a short time and want to buy a new one again within a few years...then go a head and purchase this TV, If you don't want to purchase for awhile then choose a DIFFERENT TV.

Our TVs do come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage. low cost, low quality. really poor service. I spent 20 minutes trying to talk with a foreign call center person. they would not send a replacement remote that is defective without a receipt. the remote costs maybe $3.00. the tv is only 3 months old.
I will never by this cheap brand again.

Garbage android tv

Trash cant even update the tv and therefore you cant get hulu or disney+ and it lags alot and turns off by its self. Wish i could give it 0 stars
