Bought this TV to replace another 65". The picture quality is great, though did notice a very slight amount of ghosting in the bottom left corner. Only really noticeable if the entire screen is black. Otherwise the color is good, plenty of various color modes for different uses (gaming, movies, casual viewing, etc.). The QLED feature is pushed for sharpness, but it's not quite as good as advertised. I'd give the sharpness an 8 out of 10. The sound is decent, but not great. Solid 7 out of 10 for sound. More treble than bass with this model. Brightness is top notch. Colors are vivid and deep. There are better TVs out there, for sure. OLED is where things are heading, and certainly look better than this model. But for $550 compared to the $2000-$3000 OLED alternatives, this TV is a solid value. Overall 8 out of 10 for the TV. Pair this with a good sound bar and subwoofer and you've got something that would rival the higher price models for pure entertainment value, in my opinion. Would recommend this TV to others looking for a great budget 65".

The Q6 is a great TV. Quality is great I love how it comes with preloaded apps such as Google TV, Apple TV Netflix it’s easy to navigate and all around good purchase great for watching sports and movies The sound quality is also good no need for a Soundsystem. The one it has works well. the color and brightness stand out when you’re watching sports and movies all around great purchase

I researched 4 hours before I bought this TV. This TV is awesome. Was considering OLED, however I must say that the quality of this TV considering the price was the perfect choice. If you've never owned a QLED, you'll be amazed at how much brighter and more vivid it is compared to a regular LED. Tons of channels are included with TCL TV. Best buy sets it all up for you, in 10 minutes. If you're looking for a great TV for $500, this is it.

The t.v is great! It has a crisp picture, excelent color and nice bright picture. The t.v also comes with alot of built in fetures, and is easy to operate. Its well priced and provides alot bang for your buck. Im very happy with my purchase!

I had trouble setting up our TV I called customer service and they were super helpful getting our tv set up. Once we got it set up it took a little bit getting use to it. The picture is awesome and it is a much better TV than the LG tv that we had and it is much lighter because we all ways hang our tv on the wall. And the price was much lower than the LG tv we replaced. We love our tv it has a awesome picture and it doesn’t need a sound bar it has good sound.

Got the TV up 6-28-23 and I Love it! The remote is the only item that's questionable, no numbers to select a TV station, you have to use the arrow keys to find what you want or use the up & down channel button, which is annoying especially if the channel you want is further away from the current channel you are on. No instructions in the manual on how to use Favorite's...save your favorite stations. I googled for instructions on how to use Favorites but that was a waste of time too...wasn't easy to follow. So, I am very frustrated...The instructions should be in layman's terms, easy to follow. I would recommend this TV but not the remote!

Needed a nice new living room tv that wouldn’t break the bank but still has a great picture. This tv hit the mark. We have loved it. Great picture that gets complimented and people can’t believe it’s not a lore high end brand. Thanks tcl and Best Buy!

Beautiful picture. The color is sharp and vibrant. A wonderful upgrade for my home. Would definitely purchase it again. Was told when I purchased it, that it was one step up from the Samsung 65" and actually a better TV for the money. I definitely agree!!

The product seems to be Amazing. We had a bad experience intially. The box was fine when it got delivered but the tv was bent inside. Could be manufacturing defect. Immediately we called up best buy they asked us to return how ever we were convinient. I was waiting for the TV very badly so we went to nearest best buy and exchanged it. That was a hassle free experience and the customer representative attended to be very promptly. They opened the box abd made sure the TV work fine and gave it to us. And about the overall product, its a QLED, its almost like Samsung with google TV software. The picture quality and everything is as expected. The sound quality is good too. We havent used any sound bar yet and it works perfectly fine in a 2 bedroom apartment living space. If you have a bigger space you would probbaly need a sound bar for enhances experience. I would for sure recommend this TV if you are looking for a QLED tv and cant afford the high price tags of samsung, LG, Sony TVs.

Been wanting to try TCL for quite some time. Family convinced me to upgrade from a 55" to a 65", found the TCL on sale and thought it was an opportune time, so I pulled the plug!! Easy setup, and I found the Google OS a pleasure and very similar to my Amazon Firestick, so a quick learning curve. And as a bonus I have the Firestick connected as well. TCL has one of the brighter pictures Ive had, coming from several LG models. Ive actually turned levels down significantly. Im sure its dependant upon your room lighting. Tons of features included! Thus far, im darn happy I went with this 65" Q6 QLED!! No looking back on this one, great TV, priced very economically as well.

Very beautiful picture and color!! Have gotten compliments from the kids that they live the picture quality especially gaming.

This is absolutely the best tv I have ever had. Easy to use and the picture is incredible! I highly recommend this tv if your looking for quality on a budget

We were shopping for a tv for our daughters wedding anniversary. We had shopped elsewhere but couldn’t find anyone available to answer our questions. At Best Buy we were greater by very pleasant and very knowledgeable young man. He helped us select a great 65” tv and arranged for their pick up in Boston. (We’re in Pa) we liked the tv so much that we bought the same model in a 55” for ourselves. It was an overall Awesome Experience!

The picture quality is excellent so much so that watching 70’s iconic Jaws, I thought wow, I can really see the blemishes on the actors nose!! I love the screen savers that come on when you walk away for extended periods. The live TV shows come up top like an app that you can scroll through and shows the remaining time left for that programming. Scroll down to your favorites, Google TVs 104 Free Built in Channels, or one of the 23 categories of free channels from apps like popular 30 channels, movies 65 channels, food 15, sports 53, Reality 58 etc. so much content on one TV. This is my second TCL and will buy a 3rd and 4th TCL for my home.

Purchased this TCL 65” beauty for a great price and was given great advice from the team member who guided me throughout my purchase . Later on saw it online for a lower price and customer service was able to refund the difference without any hassle. Overall great tv I love watching my favorite shows and playing my games on my ps5. Definitely would let friends know about the great service and prices at Best Buy Union square Nyc.

Needed to replace my tv. I was trying to keep to a budget. This was one of two finalist after 2 weeks of research. It replaced my Samsung so I didnt know what to expect. My first google operating system. Definitely prefer it ove Fire TV. Picture is amazing. No pixel blur. Pretty deep blacks abd vibrant colors. Absolutely recommend. Cant beat the product for the price.
