    Honestly my worst buying experience ever! Talk the talk BUT didn’t walk the walk. Purchased a 98” TLC tv to be installed on Thanksgiving Eve. Todays 1/3/25 and tv is still not installed. Several reps and management could not explain why my appointment kept being rescheduled. No courtesy call or anything.

    Dont get it delivered

    Good best buy customer service is a thing of the past. Took almost a month to get my tv delivered. Took 2 days off from work and they never showed up or called. Whole thing was a headache. Its impossible speaking with customer service.

    Bad… picture is bad. The remote is bad. The settings are bad. The Home Screen layout is bad. Constantly losing wifi connection. Looks and acts cheap!

    Worst Installation!

    Worst Install service, Customer Service by managers NO help or try to reimburse me for my time and money I had to pay twice for my dogs at the dog day care for two installs because they screwed up my order. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM Best Buy AGAIN! Good luck trying to work with you.

    I've been waiting 15 days for the delivery of a TV that we buy and they call to run the delivery 10 more days because supposedly they don't have people to deliver, it's disrespectful to the customer and playing with people's money and time

    Very Bad Dwlivery. They cancelled my delivery twice and rescheduled it after 7 days each time.

    What a buy! Get the TCL 7.1 soundbar too!

    I bought one of these big big screen 98" from TCL. It comes in a huge shipping crate, needs 2 people to set up and it's amazing!! Great value for the $$$. TCL 7.1 sound bar completes the home cinema set up. NFL, 4K movies are quite the experience. Highly recommended IMHO for the money.

    Best TV we e bought yet! Not just cause of the size but it has awesome sound and a greasy picture! The size is wonderful for me cause I’m vision impaired and of course it’s awesome For my husband because, let’s face it, men love big screens!

    I was initially skeptical on TCL being a long time major name brand TV shopper however I eas pleasantly surprised. Even Best Buy’s Geek Squad that installed the tv were surprised on just how good the picture was. Nice backlit remote, sleek design and awesome picture. In my opinion it’s crazy to pay double or triple more. Excellent value. Very pleased.
