I was a little skeptical about this having good picture. I had an 85" Sony xbr85x800h and wanted something bigger without breaking the bank. This TV was definitely an upgrade in size and in overall quality. The UI is surprisingly fast and the picture is fantastic. The black scenes get very dark and the brightness is very good. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

The Best Buy for the money! The size, the color the picture the sound all the best. Will be buying another tv for a different room. Our salesperson was fantastic.

I purchased two of these that I had Geek Squad install at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Batavia. They were half-price on the website. They are fantastic. So crisp and clear. The Geek Squad team was fantastic as well. They really took their time understanding what we wanted and did a fantastic job of a difficult installation.

This TV delivers outstanding picture quality with vibrant colors, deep blacks, and great contrast, making it perfect for movies and gaming. Audio is solid but could benefit from a sound system for better sound. The design is sleek and modern. This is an amazing TV set for the price (which is now lower than when I purchased). The picture is fantastic and since its a Google TV, it has worked seamlessly with my account and also for casting from my Android phone for sports events and more. I am not an audio video snob of any kind and this TV is the biggest more impressive set I've even owned. It's incredible. Less than 1/2 the cost of the Sony 100" (which is 2+ years older) and easy to order and schedule installation online. Better picture than any short throw projector that I saw. We have it wall mounted. I rated sound quality good cause we're using an older Samsung Sound bar system which has worked flawlessly with this set!

Debate between UST and TV for my theater, But with $2000, it's no brainer. For this massive TV, Bestbuy home delivery/installation is the only choice. Can't imagine what to do if I order from Amazon and they just drop it on my driveway. The guy from Geek Squad is very professional. The image quality is excellent. OLED may looks better side by side, but with it sands along, the image quality is far beyond my expectation. The Google TV system is excellent. Works better with smart phones than Roku. Much better than Samsung and LG systems.

98” for under $2k is a great value. But it comes with a trade off. The imagine quality is good but not great. It slightly struggles to process the oversized image. If you’re used to watching one of the higher end Samsung, Sony or LG’s you will notice the difference. I’ve spent many hours tweaking the settings to get the image and motion acceptable. I’m still happy with the purchase although the imagine and motion is never going to be good as my Samsung. This TV is for someone that wants that mega TV size “wow” factor but is willing to compromise on the picture quality. Some people may never notice or care. 4k HDR content looks very good but again is not perfect.

This tv is better than we thought. Amazing picture, easy setup great tv picture option and controls. The google tv system is really nice. I was hesitant and skeptical after only using Roku, really just wow'd how google tv pulls your shows and content out of the apps and adds it to the main page making for no reason you have to open each app for movies or tv shows. Sports, movies its a complete game changer! We entertain a lot and our guest are blown away at the size, clarity and picture quality.

This TV is fantastic for the price. Every now and then it’ll go on mute for certain apps and you’ll have to restart the TV. Has only happened like 3 times in a year, so could be app. Otherwise you can’t beat the quality and size for the price. Love it!

This TV has the best picture of all other ones that I have ever owned. This one replaced a 86 LG and it is way better is all aspects TCL has done a great job!!

Absolutely love this huge TV. It feels very much like we are sitting in the theater, the screen is so large and we have surround sound speakers in the ceiling. Picture is terrific on HD channels...sharp and clear. Essentially all the same functions as the big name brands at a much better price (on sale that is).

I don't usually give reviews but I felt that this time it is warranted. Before I bought this tv, I did months of research. I usually buy either samsung or LG. Those were my go to brands. I was never a big fan of TCL until now. I love the Google TV operating system and the TV overall is absolutely gorgeous The picture and the sound is nothing less than phenomenal. I was kind of hesitant because it wasn't a OLED. But now that i've mounted it and watched a couple of my favorite movies on it, I am absolutely in awe about this TV. If you're hesitating then you're losing out. I will promise you. You will not be disappointed when you have it all set up. I have a full-blown 8.1 surround sound and this is better than any movie theater I've visited. Now I have a movie theater in my living room and I am beyond happy.

After doing a ton of research I decided to purchase this TV when it went on sale for $2500(now $2000). This isn’s the absolute best TV on the market. What it is, is a great value, best bang for your buck out there. Picture quality for movies, sports, gaming, is excellent with some tweaking.

Did a significant amount of research before buying this 98" TV. My wife and I only have positive things to say about the quality of the TV, Install and calling TCL Tech Support (which I believe was likely in China). Superbowl was enjoyed by all watching on this large screen.

I mean it's a 100" set for $2k come on. At first I was dissapointed with the black levels but the Dolby Vision and HDMI 2.1 worked very well. Then roughly a year later there was an update and now the black levels look great. Also when new, there were gray cooked in zones on the screen but those went away over time. A rare instance where the product improved the more it was used.

Just moved into a new house with a 15x20 game room. I’d been researching tvs and found this 98 inch on sale, delivered and installed for $2000. Purchased the recommended wall mount as well. Greek Squad came out and did an outstanding job installing. The wall mount was a monster! It was at least 25 pounds. The tv is gigantic and awesome! I was a little worried it would be too big. I’m adding 2 TCL S4’s next to the 98 to watch multiple sports shows. The picture is fantastic! The sound is pretty decent but I will hook up a sound bar for movies and “crank it up time” on NASCAR. A tv this nice needs an elite sound bar or system. Can’t wait for the Coca-Cola 600 and Indy 500 this weekend! So happy we pulled the trigger on this tv!

Absolutely love this model! TCL has a wonderful picture and the technology is the biggest bang for your buck! We get so many compliments the screen and all are shocked when we tell them it’s a TCL. Love this brand and this is our second tv purchased. Our first TCL was in 2018 and is a Roku. Very happy with that tv also! Love the google set up on this one. We have now had it a year and I have had ZERO complaints. Great purchase!!
