I was spektical since a 98" TV for so cheap but after nearly 2 weeks with it I can tell you this thing is amazing, great clarity, low motion blur, and just all around beautiful. The delivery guys were also great and we're very friendly and delicate with my product.

Absolutely love this model! TCL has a wonderful picture and the technology is the biggest bang for your buck! We get so many compliments the screen and all are shocked when we tell them it’s a TCL. Love this brand and this is our second tv purchased. Our first TCL was in 2018 and is a Roku. Very happy with that tv also! Love the google set up on this one. We have now had it a year and I have had ZERO complaints. Great purchase!!

I replaced a ten year old 70 inch Sony Bravia with this TCL 98 inch TV. It has a wonderful picture and easy to figure out features. The Geek Squad did a great job delivering and installing it (3 knowledgeable guys).

Had the tv delievered and had 0 issues! Delieverly people were respectful and asked which way to enter our house! Unboxing it was a pain with all cardboard and Styrofoam all over but it is what it is with a massive tv, surprisingly it was either going to be this 98” or Sony 85” Bravia X90L again so i tried this TCL S5 out and it was my best decision especially when both tvs were $1999 each so i went with this one and it honestly outbeats our 85” easily, gameplay for PS5s is easily better on it and move quality even better on it so i woild recommend the S5 if your on a budget but otherwise 10 out of 10, Masive in our living room but loving the tv!

Got this tv for half off $2500. So far it’s been a great purchase. It’s huge and pictures pretty good. Can’t complain at this price point. Colors are good. Google tv is nice thing to have since you can download some cool apps.

I bought this when it went on sale for $1999. Wow! Go big or go home!! Of course I was blown away by the size but was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the picture. The sound by itself is good but I paired it with a full 5.1 surround system. But for a flat screen the native sound is impressive. I would recommend this TV if you're looking for an extra large screen without breaking the bank. The quality is still there.

So far this has turned out to be an amazing TV. I couldn’t be happier with the picture. For its price and size this is the best deal out there. I loved watching the Super Bowl on this baby!

I was hesitant to buy this tv because of the price. I figured it would be just ok and that it being so big that I could pu up with a so so picture. I’m here to tell you I was wrong, dead wrong! The picture is absolutely amazing! The colors, brightness, and details look jaw dropping in 4k. Even watching crappy 1080i tv thru Xfinity looks amazing now. The upconverter is top notch in this thing. Compared to the 85” Samsung Neo qled I almost bought this looks waaay better and is way less expensive. If your on the fence about this tv like I was don’t be. You will 100% not be disappointed! I can’t believe I only paid $2000 for it.

Great picture, for $2,000, not the top of the line but for less than half the price it is more than worth the investment.

Talk about a theater I have always debated about a DLP but this was too good to pass up and reviews were great. Best Buy mounted the TV and did a great job. I am a huge Premier League fan and just makes watching the matches so mush more exciting since basically my entire wall is a TV.

Excellent TV for the money. I have this set up in my media room so can control the light easily. Considering this the display is big and bright. Refresh and black levels are certainly not comparable to OLED's but certainly acceptable at this price. Need a good speaker for the sound.

For 2k, i am extremely happy for the picture quality and size. I have this wall mounted and it's been over a month my family and I have been enjoying watching movies on. I have a surround system with it so it definitely feels nice watching movies at home in comfort on this big screen monster. Family and friends have commented picture quality is very good. I moved my 77 OLED TV to my bedroom, OLED is much nicer picture quality but I didnt want to get a 98 inch OLED for 30K.

Absolutely love, love, love this TV! We have this paired with Apple TV 4K and the picture is simply stunning especially for movies and gaming. So whether it’s the color saturation, motion handling or sound quality - this TV is awesome. Some have complained about viewing angle. For us, this is not an issue because our movie room is 17’(L) x 11’(W) so at that width, TV is too big to notice at 10’ back and further. Ratings are 4 for picture quality, only because we also have an OLED TV which understandably gets 5 by comparison due to its infinite contrast ratio. .

Replaced our projector with this and so glad we did! Beautiful picture and no noise from projector and yet massive size for theater like movie watching.

Size is unbelievable! Colors are amazing! Sound is great and we don't even have our surround sound system up and running yet. Very pleased!

I was a little hesitant to buy this TV as I was not familiar with the TCL brand. I've had the TV for about 2 months now, overall it performs well. Picture is good for a $2k TV, I have mine connected to a surround sound, however the sound of the installed speakers have good sound quality and features a built in subwoofer. TV acted up 2x (freezes), I factory reset it and hopefully it doesn't happen again. TV has bad light glare. AirPlay on this doesn't seem to work properly (error/not able to connect or sound only). TCL customer service is OK. Overall the TV performs well. I will update review if I come across any issues.

size is nice. just not as bright as qled samsung. great for size and budget

For $2500 this is an absolute steal! Picture quality is great, very bright, lots of features, and it’s 98 freakin’ inches! Just go get it!

This TV is amazing. It replaced an 82" Samsung Q6 QLED from 2018 and it blows the Samsung away in every way possible. I was worried about picture quality since it is direct lit LED and the Sammy was edge lit QLED with local dimming but there is no comparison. It gets very bright, colors are amazing, blacks are black and whites are white and not dirty. I am not regretting this purchase at all and it is a steal even after it went back up in price after the holidays. If you're on the fence about it just get it, you wont regret it.

If you're looking for an extra large screen while not breaking the bank, this TV is made for you. Yes, it has its shortcomings but they're small and negligible when comparing price/performance/quality factors. I'm not going to get into the geek factors here since there are plenty of those on the Internet already. The picture quality for most content and viewing experiences is more than adequate to meet most tastes. We will see how well it continues to perform as it ages. I definitely recommend this TV.
