Good for the price.

Get what you pay for

I wanted a cheaper option for our basement setup than the Sonos I have but the price on this was too good to be true. Easy to set up but sound is really tinny and even annoying. Played with every setting for half an hour with a movie with good sound and just could not get it to sound decent. Planning to return it for a Sonos.

I have a dedicated theater room with a full on setup and know my way around audio. I bought this for my bedroom and it has a few issues that software updates and online recommendations haven't solved. There is a noticeable audio delay whether you use Dolby or PCM. Since this is a "dumb" soundbar there is no way to compensate. Secondly the subwoofer has a terrible crossover range. Straight up dialogue sends information to the subwoofer and sounds terrible. Dialogue should not cross over that low

Good sound but it doesn't last long!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This soundbar had a very good sound quality, but unfortunately it only worked for almost 2 years, so if you're planning to have something to last long, consider what happened to me. The thing is that after 1 year and 11 months, the subwoofer stopped working, even though it shows to be properly paired to the soundbar. I contacted TCL's customer service, and of course, they gave these instructions for dummies like "is it paired", "is it turned on", etc, etc, and in the end, of course, they said it was out of warranty. This was my first and last time to buy something from this brand. I'll get back to Samsung, is more expensive, but it last longer.

I was hoping for both cause i wasnted to hook my xbox series x to this and play games with it i also wanted to watch movies with the sound of this sound bar but i cant do that with one hdmi on the soundbar. I gave it 2 stars because the bass on this surprised me. Great bass good for music but 1 hdmi output.
