Returned for poor voice quality

Not worth the price

Keeps causing screen to flicker and sound to cut

Its plugged into my earc and it causes my TV to constly flicker and when its not doing the the sound cracks cuts in and out. This what happens when buy a cheap crappy product. Its my first and last time buying anything owned by TCL. There warranty service wants you to move and record everything how can you do that when does it when it wants to. Thankful I bought extended warranty with this. Hopefully Best Buy will let change it out for a better product i dont mind paying extra.

Minimal Use

Absolutely no base. We have a Vizio (that we can’t seem to find) that’s much better than this. So, if you’re looking for overall upgraded sound quality, look elsewhere.

Good soundbar for the sale price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this sound bar to pair with the TCL - 65" Class Q5-Series I got to upgrade my living room TV (well to replace the old Samsung 60" that crapped out on me after four years). It's a good sound bar for it's price, especially if you get it at the sale price. Part of me wishes that for $30 more (based on the sale price at the time) I had purchased the TCL - S55H 2.1 Channel S-Class Soundbar with Wireless Subwoofer as there is minimal low end sound. However, I was aware of this and initially didn't want a subwoofer to go with my upstairs living room TV as I have a subwoofer with my 75" Samsung in the downstairs rec room...which usually wouldn't be an issue except our house is an open floor plan with floating stairs and no doors separating the downstairs from the main level, so sound travel. Additionally, be aware that this soundbar does not come with an optical audio cable so unless you purchase one separately, you will need to connect the soundbar via HDMI (yes I am aware that HDMI is better for higher resolution audio, but if you're like me and have multiple gaming systems as well as a Roku, you lose one HDMI port. For those wondering why I'm using a Roku when the TCL TV is already a smart TV...well IMO and experience the Amazon Fire TV OS is a lot less responsive and slower than the Roku).

Excellent sound bar!

Just to test the sound I put on episode 1 from season 2 of Andor and oh my God, I was absolutely shocked at the at the crisp and clear sound. I felt like I was right in the movie theater. You can't go wrong with this soundbar. With 100 watts of power and the simplicity of the setup. It was one of the best purchases I've ever made. I'm going to have to stock up on some popcorn for sure!
