I recieved this as a christmas present and I use it everyday! It is very nice! I have had no problems, except when i want to listen to a song with bass. It doesn't have much. But other than that it is awesome! It has TV out cords so i can watch my videos from my ipod on my TV! Nothing has broken and the sound quality is nice!

    Worst Stereo Ive Ever Purchased

I bought this product as a gift for my father for the holidays. He opened this filled with excitement about his new stereo, we hooked everything up correctly anticipating how christmas CD to be played and nothing happened. All cables were plugged in correctly and still nothing happened. No audio came out not even the stan by light on the subwoofer was on so we knew something was wrong. It seemed like the power source on it didn't work at all. LCD screen on the small display didn't turn on at all. So im forced to return this product to best buy. I would Not recommend this product to anyone maybe i got a bad refurbished one but still i would not recommend this to anyone. Best Buy has other great stereos you would have to spend at-least 100 bucks for nice one with good sound. So avoid this overall.

This was an excellent deal for a refurbished sound system. It doesn't take up much shelf space but it sounds as good as a larger and more expensive system.

Great little starter system we bought for our teenage son! I thought though that it would be compatible with the IPOD Shuffle - and yes - I can connect it, and it will play, but you have no control over the songs - they just play in order and you cannot skip them...so kind of a bummer, but definitely a great buy!!

Hooked it up. One of the speakers had a loose plug in. Got it hooked up. No sound. Tried multiple stations in town to make sure I had a good signal. Tried to use the CD player, wouldn't open with the open/close button so i opened it manually. Put a CD in, stereo advised me there wasn't a CD.

    Caveat Emptor

The scene begins on Christmas morning, 10 year old loving daughter excitedly opens her first stereo. "Daddy, could you please set it up now?" Dutiful father sets up stereo. Stereo does not work unless power cord is held at a certain angle. Disappointed daughter tells dad not to worry. Dad fiddles with the system for the next 24 hours. Dad sneaks into daughters room while she is asleep, removes the system and returns it to Best Buy. Picks up a smashing new system (for $85.00 more), sneaks into daughter's room and sets it up without waking daughter. Daughter very excited the next morning. System works great. Fortunately for parents, daughter does not ask questions about how Santa Claus could exchange one model for another two days after Christmas. Disaster averted.
