I bought the case for my days at work. I have a galaxy S7 also and can't wear two phones in otterbox defender cases on my hip. So the note goes in a pocket. But I still wanted to protect my phone. I rarely drop my phone but decided to protect it with a case anyway. Well...while in the office recently with my hands full trying to juggle way too many items, my Note 8 slipped out of my hand and fell to the tiled flooring. Everyone gasped, knowing that my phone was cracked. I was calm, knowing that my phone had been protected! Not a crack in sight!!!

I've been using this brand for years and I will say that this is hands down the best phone case. I would highly recommend this for any phone you have.

I wanted a new case for my Note 8. I really wanted the durability of the Otter Box I used before, but I wanted to still see the beautiful body of the phone itself. Really nice shade of grey and tough.

It gets the job done, decent protection around the edges and a lip around the screen in case your phone lands face down. It's semi clear but smoky so you can kind of see the back of you phone through it but it's dark. The only downside is the case starts to discolor after a year or so of use.

I wanted a case for my new Note8 that was flexible (so easy to take off if needed) and also protective. This was a great choice. My Note8 is a beautiful blue color. It does show through a bit even though the case color is smoky grey. I was very happy that I could still see a hint of that blue.

This case does what it's supposed do... protect your phone the dark color is plain and simple. My only gripe which is minor is the case makes the phone much wider than I prefer... but this is probably not a bad thing if you drop it.... if you want simple good looks and protection this case is for you... if you want a slim case that makes your phone feel like it had no case on it than this is not it..

I feel this case is overpriced for what it is. Not a case I would have chosen if there was a better selection at the time.
