Nice design by feeling the material of it and the fitting of your phone when inside of it. Dependable that there's a grip in it and it will not slip from your hand in any way you hold it. It protects all sides of your phone top and bottom, very reliable. No doubt that I will recommend this to anyone. Love it.

I've been looking for this case. I love the rubber protection around my phone allowing for a snug fit without making it feel bulky. I've dropped my phone a few times and noticed how well it was protected. I really like the snapping security of the latch. My personal cards are hidden behind the magnetized flap keeping them well hidden. I can carry around my ID without worry

If you are looking for a wallet case this is one to look out for. I like how it has a built in screen protector. its annoying to have to open it though to use the phone, however if you can over come that the case is sturdy and Tech 21 makes the best cases in my opinion.

This wallet-style case adds a little heft to the slim Note 8, but that makes it easier to hold. I like the material from which the case back and cover are made; it’s comfortable in the hand and feels slightly “grippy.” The abstract pattern on the cover has grown on me; it makes it easier for me to grab my phone from among several others in black cases on a table. The cutouts are precise, and the closure snaps shut with a satisfying tactile “click” feel that is a great improvement over the Tech21 wallet case for the Galaxy S8+. I have had the phone (and case) for six weeks and the clasp has never failed me. I feel my phone is as well protected as I can make it in a case that is reasonably manageable to carry on a daily basis. I have dropped it once or twice, and it was fine. The front cover is removable, and the case apparently came with a strip that replaces the hinge of the cover, should you decide to use the back by itself (the Best Buy wireless rep put my phone in the case, so this piece is probably still in the box; since I bought this case for the cover, that’s where it will stay). Downsides: There’s no magnet to put the phone into sleep mode, so the screen will remain on, or turn on when put on a charger. The card slots seem pointless, as using them will add bulk and make it more difficult to close the case. It only comes in black, with a smoky gray back, so you can’t really see the Note 8 (which I was able to get in blue). I also haven’t found a glass screen protector that is compatible with the case; Tech21 makes a “ballistic” film one that I installed instead. Finally, unlike with some other cases, there is no way to fashion this one into any sort of a stand to watch videos or read in portrait mode; you’ll have to hold the phone or prop it against something. This may seem like a litany or negatives, but it’s really only enough to knock off one star. I feel my phone is protected, and I wanted a case with a cover. This fit the bill.

This case provides a professional look to the Note 8. With this case the phone does not look bulky and it also protects the phone. The only challenge is the cost of the case.

Fits the phone comfortable and snaps into place to feel very secure. Has done a fine job protecting the phone so far and comes with a convenient place for cards.

I was searching for a folio-type of case for my Note 8 and specifically one that didn't add too much bulk. After all, the Note 8 is pretty good sized. The Tech21 Evo Wallet Case fits the bill. #1: I like the 'grip'; #2: the fact that it inconspicuously holds two (2) credit cards (or 1 and an ID) and #3: it's finish is a perfect fit for the Note 8's various ports and indicator LED's.

Great product and best wallet case for protection. It actually protects the top and bottom as most if not all wallet case leave the top and bottom exposed (naked). Also if it is dropped the phone will not pop out of the case is it sits in a full TPU case that has a flap that locks. I personally do not like the color and think that the company needs to have more colors besides this one. The case also need to be cheaper. $50+ for this TPU case is way too much but again it is the best for protecting the screen (soft inter flap that does not put your plastic card directly on the front of the screen), locking cover flap and full side protection. If it was at least cheaper I would have rated it one or two stars more but it needs more color selections.

This is hands-down the best case for note 8. However, I have to dock one star because I owned the same case for the S6 edge - and frankly, that case was designed a little better in terms of functionality. With the old case, the latch was magnetic, so you could easily flip it open/shut single-handed. You could also flip the case back into a triangle shape, which made it function as a stand. This case removes those two features, but still provides the same level of protection.

I originally purchased this case to use temporarily while I was waiting for a full body case to be delivered. I haven't taken the Tech21 Evo Wallet case since. It's sleek & compact. I love the fact that it has 2 credit card slots. I also love the divider between the slots & the phone. I have not put a screen protector on this phone because I feel that this case protects the screen plenty.

I had the same kind of case on my note 4 and it survived my motorcycle accident with nothing wrong to the phone. Excellent for your every day needs. I do miss the kick stand capability.

Just purchased this shock resistant case for my new Samsung Note 8. Seems secure and sturdy so far. It has a flip cover which can lock on the side for added protection to the screen. Also there is a built in sleeve to store two cards. Satisfied so far.

This case seems very well put together. I did not stop it yet to test how good the protection is going to hold up. But love how the phone case does fit and seems to be holding up very well. It is the only phone case I know of that has a snap case that locks shut. I like that feature. And surprisingly the snap is holding up very well.

Keeps my Note 8 safe. Perfect fit. It's also very lightweight
