We purchased this antenna to replace the regular stand up ones. This works much better than having to be careful you are not going to mess with the signal being received. Signal comes in clearer than the stand up one did.

I live about 25 miles from Manhattan as the crow flies and this antenna mounted inside only picks up 4-5 channels. I was expecting more. Tried moving it near windows, etc. and not much better. I would suggest getting something you can mount outside near a window AND with an amplifier. This will greatly improve your results

This antenna beats my previous TERK antenna by a lot. This one is super thin, unlike its bulky predecessor. It also manages to produce a sustainable signal with much less interference. No more missing out on TV programing when a helicopter flies overhead or when your body shifts positions or if you choose to stand or sit in the wrong place in the room. If you've ever experienced any of those annoyances with an antenna, this unit is definitely an upgrade.

This actually works! I installed temporary in the back of my motorhome. I didn't expect much but it works great.

Exchanged this from one with less mileage reception not being sure whether it would make a difference with surrounding mountains. Very happy to say it has given us a lot more channels and much better reception with only occasional interference. Also moving the antenna around and reprogramming each time to find the best location is not a waste of time!

This antenna works awesome for picking up free local HD signal! Cut the cord!

Bought this and it was easy to install and works great. Price was OK. Microwave oven use does cause interference. No way around that I think.

is this signal is not strong you'll have a problem. But still I got some channels.

Easy to set up with decent range and good picture quality when in range.

The install was very easy. Even when in a basement, I pointed the white side towards a small window and my TV picked up channels within seconds. The picture and sound quality were fine. Even now that I have cable again, it is a good backup plan in bad weather when the cable line will more than likely fail.

I set this up in my Daughter's house in KC. She did not have cable and no antenna, was using rabbit ears with really bad results, i.e. wavy inconsistent picture and sound. Connected the Terk Ultrathin and voila, a clear and crisp reception from the numerous HD broadcast channels in and around KC. Money well spent for her location. Very easy to setup.

Having an antenna like the Terk Indoor Outdoor Hdtv Antenna is so convenient to install and saves many dollars. Local shows, game & talk shows, and variety shows without the monthly payments of the typical internet hookups. Reception is outstanding!

I live in the country and it picks up the basic stations which works well for me.
