It’s great to know this is what the thief who stole my credit card number purchased. Stop reminding to review this. Best part is Best Buy doesn’t ID their customers who buy online and pick up in store.

I purchased on August 21,2025 and the unit has been having issues all week. Black screen and customer service
has not been helpful at all. This is my 2nd unit, the first only lasted 2 years.

The square doesn't have very good directions that come with the device on setting up everything. Also, it is very hard to find out where a link is so you can add it to a business/personal website.

Square is a “WOKE” Company! They Cancelled my services because I sell guns and ammo. Had I known this before hand I would not have purchased a$300 item I can no longer use. They should at least offer me refund.

Service was terminated after 8 months of use!

After 8 months of use, Square decided to just cancel my service and did not provide any reason for doing so! In their email they said "for privacy reasons we can not disclose any information for terminating you account". Now I have to scramble to find another service to do credit card transactions! Not Cool Square! Don't buy this product!!

We use these in my 7 stores. I did need a back up for emergency in case one fails. They seem to work fine.

Stopped working after just 1.5 months of sparse use at my business. The 15 day return policy isn't helpful. Buy the warranty or use Amex for your purchases.
