I bought the original bluray release a few years ago. Very grainy and disappointing. This new version is much, much better. I have a 120" projection setup so this version is a must if you plan on watching on a screen of this size. The red case is ugly, but who cares?

This is a classic action movie. This starts the series off with a darker light than the 3rd and 4th of the franchise (which is a good thing), and really makes you feel for the characters. I think all should see this movie. I would give it a 4.5 out of 5, but unfortunately that is not an option.

Arnold was made for this roll.. for its time very cool Fx acting fits the movie, Plot very cool. Classic Sci Fi make you think about the Future of man kind Wow

Fantastic first movie in the series. Just as good today as it was 30 years ago. Remastered video makes this a great buy.

Great Sci-Fi movie and I already owned the DVD, but the video quality on the blu-ray is so much better! Well worth the upgrade!

The original classic Terminator. When Arnold was evil!!! This movie is great, a tad eerie at times, filled with action and great acting!!
