The package of this movie is misleading. it's the same thing as the original blue-ray disk but with an additional paper cover. Still love the content though. Excellent movie after all these years.

The Terminator blu ray does not disappoint. A classic film that was the starting point of a great franchise. Good features and solid picture and sound quality makes this a definite purchase.

One of my favorite movie franchises. In my opinion, T2 is one of the best SciFi films of all-time, the original isn’t far behind.

James Cameron did it. No one believed in him, the studio wanted O.J. Or something we are all glad he went with Unknown Austrian actor Hercules from New Your aka Arnold Strong Mr. Universe. I can’t wait for Terminator 6 (untitled) which only acknowledges 1/2 with Cameron back as producer.11-22-2019

Classic at its best! The terminator series is epic. This movie won’t let you down. Definitely looks a lot better this go round.

What can I say? The Terminator movie that started it all...and still the best! A classic sci-fi action flick that still holds it's own today.

The Terminator is an excellent movie. It is 80’s gold. The picture seems to have been remastered and the audio is 5.1 Dolby Digital in the blu ray. Some of the audio sound track is different than the previous 2008 release or the 1999 dvd release. Not sure that it improves the movie, I guess it’s the in thing now (eg. the re-edit of ET). The only reason I gave it a 3 star rating is that the picture of the disc jacket is different than the one I received. The picture I realized is for the steel book which I believed I was getting, but instead got the plan old plastic case. Very disappointing. Hope they release a UHD disc for this classic.

What else is there to say? The sequel broke new boundaries, but this one started it all. Not just terminator lore, but Arnold's carrier. This movie also made the terminator something to fear.

Perhaps the best of all the Terminator movies with the exception of Judgement Day. This is one of Arnold's best movies. a must have in any science fiction collection.

Instant classic and a very good price. Almost done with my terminator collection. Like buying them separate, so they can have their own case. Only missing T2. But a really great movie.

For it's time, this was a great movie. I have this movie on DVD but have been moving to blu-ray and found this one. This movie started what could be considered as a cult following.

Love this time capsule of the gritty 80s sci-fi. Dark and horror influenced to. DVD came with a nice slip case to for $3.99 yeeee haw!

The Blu ray transfer is awesome and worth the Upgrade. Sci-Fi fans already know The Terminator is a must own and this Blu is worth the upgrade from DVD. Comes with UV digital as well.

I've never seen The Terminator 1984 so clear before until I got the blue ray disc great picture quality!

the first in the terminator franchise, and a great movie, introducing us to things like killer cyborgs, time travel hijinx, and the human will to survive. a must have.

The Terminator is an excellent classic that is timeless. Now I can enjoy it all over again now that it is available on Blu-Ray, and it is definitely impressive.

There is a lot of improvement over the previous special edition DVD. I watched this on my HDTV, it is sharp and detailed. This is a classic movie and must have if you are a fan of Terminator.
