    This is not a greatest hits of The Band, but rather Robbie's picks. They just don't make raw music like this anymore.

    You don't need to have read Robbie Robertson's memoir of the same name to enjoy this eclectic career overview. A lot of great music ( both familiar and new ) is collected here. It's a pleasure to listen to this CD.

    This is a really good album by the former Band lead singer. It has some really good songs on it. It is meant to be a companion piece to The book of the same name.

    I liked this album because it shows songs that are important to Robbie Robertson through out his long career. These are all good songs.
