Excellent documentary, great packaging and remastered material. Fantastic rare footage by Producer and Director Peter Jackson. Beatles fans will love this set. The roof-top concert was especially great to see and purchasing the Blu-ray instead of the DVD set is the way to go.

This film is absolutely amazing! So many details I had never heard before. It is on Disney+ but the Blu-Ray is well worth the investment.

This isn't a set that you sit down and binge watch, but the content is great. It's nice to see the real story behind Let It Be and the rooftop concert.

Excellent rendition about the making of Get Back. All the day to day activity of making a song, album and inside access to the Beatles relationships, grievances and ability to fight through these to formulate the iconic culmination of their iconic "concert on the roof"! DVD quality is fantastic. My son wanted this and it reinforced my memories and added to my "music synapse database" of 60+ years of music/guitar/vocalist life. We watched straight through. It does get a little "slow" with studio time working through songs. But that is what you never see, the internal aspect of making a classic song/album and of course it's the Beatles. Enough said!!!

This likely only appeals to Beatles fans only, which I am one. Most of the film is watching them compose & rehearse the Let It Be album. They know they will be breaking up soon, but the spirit is not resentful between the 4 guys, but bittersweet. They have 2 -3 weeks to make an album before Ringo goes off to star in the film The Magic Christian. At 8 hours, it can only be watched in segments. The movie is presented in chronological order. Each chapter is a new day on the calendar as we see the completion deadline looming. The video color & sharpness and the audio is a revelation compared to copies long since out of print of the original film.

This 3 disc collection is comprised of completely unreleased footage from just 2 weeks in 1969. These sessions later became their "Let It Be" album which was intended to be their return to a more authentic sound from their earlier days hence the title "Get Back"! Full of intimate moments and conversations from The Fab Four. Seeing these nearly 8 hours of beautifully remastered footage is essential for any Beatles fan! This incredible documentary ends with the famous rooftop concert, presented in it's entirety. This would prove to be their final live performance togeher.

Finally! After months, weeks, and days of waiting, I get to buy two copies of The Beatles: Get Back on Blu-ray Collector's Set in store at Best Buy in Honolulu. It includes four individual Beatles pictures, which looks beautiful and 3 Blu-ray discs. I was a bit disappointed that it does not include the Special and Bonus Features. Also, it does not include the original Let It Be movie, but that's okay. As a Beatles fan, I highly recommend getting the Beatles: Get Back on Blu-ray discs instead of DVD.

The camaraderie, the showmanship, the pain, the pleasure, and the pressure to come up with the next new LP of fresh ideas to the recording sessions. This is a template of all future bands who struggle, their success, and eventual burnout and fall out. The Beatles were no exception. They were in their late twenties or approaching 30 married and looking beyond their superstardom. You've got to admit it though, even through the strain, they could still put on a great game face and show critics and doubters why they're one the greatest pop/rock bands of all time................

If you are Beatle's fan it is hard not feel emotional with this documentary, if you really appreciate talent, genius, and artistry of this band you will lov e this. The ups and downs of their relationships are explored. I was 8 years old when I first saw on Ed Sullivan. Their music, their lyrics, their innovation and evolution 50 years later is amazing to watch. It was like being in the same studio with them watching them joke, play, and record. We will never see a band like this again.

Amazing documentary, showing the inner workings of the greatest rock band of all time. Not all gloom and doom as has been historically reported, but more upbeat and fun than probably the Beatles themselves remembered. The transfer (while only in Blu-ray and not 4K?) is amazing and the Dolby Atmos mix is great for a 50+ year old film. This is the definitive Beatles documentary.

Hopefully… this won’t be the end of this series, but simply the beginning! The Beatles are truthfully the classic music group, but they offer soooo much more than this set can offer! They are personable, funny, brilliant and creative virtually at the same time (as is seen in many scenes during this compilation). While the music is amazing, the interaction between the artists is what truly sets them ahead. Simply stated… just pick this up!

What an incredible film/set for Beatles fans. I was mesmerized from start to finish. I've been a fan of the band for over 50 years, and after hearing these songs countless times, to be able to be in the studio with Paul, George, John, and Ringo and watch and listen as they create them... pure bliss! Even at 7 and a half hours, I didn't want it to end. I'll definitely be revisiting this gorgeous Blu-ray set again and again.

After waiting many years for the Let It Be movie to be re-released on dvd, we finally get this! Great sound and picture quality, but 7 hours is a little too long, even for a Beatles fan. It was great to see more of the rooftop concert and how they created songs for Let It Be and Abbey Road. This was a much happier movie compared to the darker Let It Be movie which showed them arguing most of the time.

One of the few positive things which came out of the COVID pandemic. 'Get Back' was going to be a theatrical release, so probably between 90 minutes and 150 minutes long. Because of COVID delays, it expanded and we have almost 8 hours of footage. If you have ever seen 'Let It Be', you will be blown away by the image, the sound, and the mood. Highly recommended.
