I am so glad they have reintroduced vinyl offerings for many old classics. Nothing sounds as good as an analog recording - true sine waves - not a bunch of squared off waveforms. This is the second time I've bought "Rubber Soul" - first copy wore out after 40 years.

Beatles explore studio music

This was the first real “Studio Album” that didn’t depend on singles and live performances. After the “I am more popular than Jesus” misquote of John Lennon, the Beatles took a big negative hit in the “Bible Belt” of the USA, due to this miss understanding that John meant to say “currently more listened to than Jesus” and it referred to the fact that Jesus himself was not being heard on radios throughout the entire World as much as the Beatles were at that particular time. After the public record albums of the Beatles burnings in this area of the USA, the Beatles decided to go back to the studio to produce their record hits. This album shows that they were more than a “Rock and Roll Band”. Listen to this album at least a half dozen times and you will see that it was years ahead of its time!

Beatles transformed later into Sgt. Pepper sound and hippie period. These remastered albums are vastly superior to old LP versions of 1960's and worth the investment versus buying a worn out old copy at a garage sale.

Rubber Soul is among the top Beatle albums ever released. In fact it is ranked among the top albums of all time on numerous lists. This reissue is well mixed and worth a boatload of memories.

A quality pressing of a great album. For the price, this is more than worth it. You could buy a dusty and moldy old version for about the same price, but this blows it away in terms of quality.

No need to say much about the album itself, it's already known as a legendary album (which it is). The vinyl is good quality, sound was clear and full. No complaints here!

This reissue of the classic Beatles album is great on 180g vinyl.
It was made from the 2009 digital remasters which were from George Martins 1986 CD mixes.
The music sounds great coming off the turntable.

I love the Beatles and to find this was a great find. I was in line to pay and I turned my head only to find this album. Albums are so hard to find so it was a nice surprise. The sound is good.

This album was definitely during the “transition” of their sound. Great end to end. A couple of the bands true classic will tickle your ear drums.

One of their best as they transitioned from Help and Beatlemania to their later style. Revolver would complete the transition as the began to explore new spaces. Imagine if We Can Work it Out and Day Tripper made the album? In those days the Beatles released what was called 'double A-side singles' during the sessions but this LP is one of their best nevertheless.
