To be completely honest I forgot that I had bought this movie until I was asked to review it. It looks good judging by the trailer and it was a great price

I really enjoyed this movie! If you've read the book, I'm sure you'll like the movie, despite its flaws. All of the actors are great! Love Sophie and Geoffrey!

It is hard and time consuming to write a separate review for every DVD I buy. They were all the kind of format I like to view and I was pleased with them all.

I love this movie about a little girl making new friends while she's gets a new family. I think it's cool that she has a great thirst for knowledge and books.

No problems at all with the dvd..some times when a dvd is purchased there is "freezing" or "skips"...this one is perfect. It is such a good movie I wanted to own the dvd.

A wonderful portrayal of life in WWII Germany and the collateral damage that blanketed the land. Telling the story through a child's eyes helps us see the good that struggled to survive the horrors of war.
