Great film about a young girl who has lost many things such as a little brother and mother to find a new family. It also shows perseverance with a good balance of history.

The Book Thief is a story about Germany and World War II as seen through the eyes of an adolescent girl and what she does to change the lives of those around her.

Bought this movie for my daughter and watched it with her. It takes place during the holocaust and is emotional but a great movie.

This one was less for me and more for “let’s watch something I wanna watch.” I caught myself looking at my phone a few times because I wasn’t really drawn in, but that could be me.

The movie is very deep and makes you think so much. Our freedom is such a gift and glad I have not had to live like people did during a war.
