Four good detective stories

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Brokenwood is a New Zealand detective series that takes place in a smaller New Zealand town. The plots are intriguing and the characters are unique. Besides the three detectives there is a collection of reoccurring towns people in each episode. The music is also unexpected but very good. I would recommend this series to anyone.

Complex, intelligent murder mysteries & steampunk.

As with previous years, nuanced performances. All main characters return plus familiar faces from the past in supporting roles. The steampunk episode is the best. Loved “my girlfriend is a robot” song. I have had it four weeks and watched every episode twice.
