I enjoyed this film quite a bit: it kept a good pace of tension which makes for a good thriller. The acting is good (no academy awards), and it did a good job of giving a glimpse into the operations of 911 call centers which is a fresh topic - and it did so without dragging the pace.

Excellent movie, keeps you on the edge of your seat!

A very well told-story of a Los Angles 911 Call Center Operator who just had a “hard-time” coping with the emotional strain of the job. This film has an exceptionally high tension story-line that is very well-acted and superbly directed. Halle Berry was at the very-top-of-her-game – she should have gotten an Oscar for an Actress in a Leading Role.. And in the end the “Very-Bad” Guy got his just reward – sometimes just dues can be rather permanent.

I was interested in seeing this movie based on the trailer. I expected this movie to be "Just Okay"... I was blown away by how good it really was. I was on the edge of my seat through the whole film waiting to find out what would happen to the poor teen girl in the trunk. My heart was pounding faster and faster as the events unfolded.

I didn't get a chance to see this in theaters and was skeptical about it but I heard people say good things about it and I was pleasantly surprised at how good this was. Usually WWE films aren't great but this one was probably the best to date. Good story decent acting and good action scenes make for a good movie.

I love this movie! Halle played her part very well. This plays great in my DVD players, and I love being able to access it online to watch when I'm not at home, instead of having to carry a DVD with me.

The movie is based on the interaction of a 911 operator and a kidnapping murderer. With each passing minute will she be able to keep her head about her without lies to the hostage.

Halle Berry is great, as is Abigail Breslin. Great pacing, I was never bored. The villain was creepy, which is a good thing. My only complaint is that I wish Morris Chestnut was in more scenes, he's a cool actor.

My overall opinion of this movie is its a great suspense thriller, If you like suspense you will like this. Some parts were predictable or should I say a little far fetched. Overall, a great movie. Halle Berry played an excellent part in this film.

I was very shocked when i finished this movie. Very different and suspenseful. I really enjoyed it. Edge of your seat thriller.

This movie help me and my wife out of our seats kind of scary just thinking that this could actually happen and I hope somebody will be on the other line .

This is an "edge of your seat" thriller that will keep you engaged until the very last minute of the Film. Halle Berry and Abigail Breslin are amazing and the music is great.

This is a Great Movie That keeps you on the edge of your seat. I highly Recommend it, a few slow drawn-out parts but over all worth it. The ending is classic!
