I inly needed this dvd so I now have the entire series.

The final season of the Closer delivers everything the previous seasons promised and more. Heartbreaking and hilarious in turn, the series wraps up in a way you would not expect. But wait! There's more. Be on the look out for Major Crimes, the spinoff!

Although I'd seen advertisements on TV about it being the final year and episode, I was delighted at how it turned out for Brenda Leigh. In the extras, it's too bad Kyra Sedgwick has a bit of a potty mouth!

"The Closer" is one of my favorite television series. I have the first and seventh (final) seasons and I hope to buy from Best Buy the second through sixth seasons. I was only able to buy the two seasons separately, but hopefully buy all seven seasons if packaged and sold together.

My family began watching this series and really enjoyed it. Start at season one. Each show can be watched individually but there are story lines that go through the whole series. Enjoy!

Brenda Lee's idiosyncracies, vulnerabilities, and raw emotion all come to a head in this gripping final season of The Closer. You see her reach her boiling point and she takes that last step over the edge that she's been teetering on the last six seasons. This season can stand alone or be enjoyed along with the first six seasons of this TNT drama.

I really like this series and received a great deal at Best Buy as I usually do.

This is a great show. I loved watching it on TBS. Just wish they had blu-ray.

I am extremely happy with this dvd set I bought!!!

I first found this show by surfing the net and wandered upon it by accident. From the first episode i was hooked (more shows should aspire to be like it, in my opinion!). This final season has upped the drama in the personal lives of our main cast, especially Deputy Chief Brenda Leigh and her FBI husband (an excellent Kyra Sedgwick and Jon Tenney), along with every single one of her investigative staff! J. K Simmons is incredibly nuanced as her long-suffering supervisor, and Mary MacDonnell is a joy as the under-appreciated Internal Affairs chief. Each cast member interacts with genuine moments to further carry this intense story of solving major crimes while being thoroughly engaging!

Having seen all of the Closer was looking forward to the final season. Well worth it. They handle the end very well.. while positioning the majority of the cast to move on to the next show. And the twists just never stop... Love this show.

The Closer series has been a favorite since its beginning. The shows provide great drama as well as frequent comic relief. All of the characters are unique and they complement each other in providing enjoyable viewing.

I have purchased all the Closer Series collections. This show will be missed. All of the series are great! I would recommend them all to anyone.
