The game is beautiful when you start playing and the immersion is amazing. I am waiting to see how Zenimax continues to develop the game before I make a final determination of rating.

There is just so much to do in this game and so many places to go. I am a long time lover of the Elder Scrolls series of games and this was always something I wanted to see. Being able to play with others online was exactly what i was looking for. This is a great game with everything you could imagine in it.

I play ESO with my wife, and honestly we have a blast. I cant speak for solo play, but if you have someone to play it with, give it a try!

My friend and I were looking for a game to start playing that would give us enough content that we could keep coming back to it over and over again down the road. Since we both enjoyed Skyrim and other Elder Scrolls games, we decided to give this a try. What you get is an expansive MMORPG that takes place in the world of The Elder Scrolls. It pretty much gives you the opportunity to do even more than other games. The gameplay, visuals, and so on are pretty much identical to Skyrim, which isn't a bad thing. Now everyone starts out the same: you wake up in a dungeon, kill some enemies, save, if I recall his name correctly, the oracle, and end up in the world. From there it really comes down to what you want to do. You can take on quests in pretty much an order and since it is an MMORPG you are usually alongside other players. I will say that in order to play with friends, you all must be with the same faction of which there are three total; you select your faction in the beginning where the character customization takes place. Besides that it really is an Elder Scrolls game on a very large scale. The reason I don't give this game a five is because the game feels very slow to me. Now I played a lot of Skyrim but I feel like the action and gameplay was much faster in comparison. However, the expansiveness and the practically endless opportunities for Elder Scrolls fans to keep playing in a universe they have come to love is why I still give this game a four.

Despite what some say Elders Scroll Online is a great addition to the series and should be tried by fans of the series and genre.

Its a good game very time consuming. Eventually you will want to get the other dlcs

If you know a gamer and need to buy a present for them this game is a good choice but it may be a while before you could hang out with them after you given them this good gift

So ive never liked the elder scrolls games before but this one caught my eye and i play it alot. Theres tons of quests story lines skill lines and types and you can do and be almost anything you want to in the game. Lots of fun. Havent played with others yet. Been mainly going solo but alot of fun

This is a great MMO game. Just realize that this is a MMO and not a true open-world Elder Scrolls game. There are some downsides to the MMO genre such as the lack of central focus on your character, but once you get to the huge online battles after level 10, the game really starts to become great.

I'm more of the traditional MMORPG type of player (D&D), but this game with it's awesome engine and graphics steals the show. You will have hours and hours of fun gameplay.

This is simply one of the most beautiful and complete MMO RPG Online of the moment. The quality of the graphics, the narrative of the stories, the combat model and the intricate way of developing the professions will make lovers of the genre fall in love with ESO.

When I read the reviews, thought it would be fun to play, but it is surprising if you are not used to MMORPGs. If you think it is similar to the previous Elder Scroll games, toss that notion out the window. World is expansive & overwhelming - and no real tutorial to get you ready for that feeling of being overcome. Then there is the size of the installation: case states 80GB, but with the updates, get ready for 100+GB ... if it works! All in all, the game is familiar to Bethesda players, but it will take some time to get used to the new world - if you ever do!

This is a fantastic game. It had a deep story that can keep you focused when questing, as well as plenty of choices in how to build your character. Each class can be used in any role of dps, healer or tank. This allows for a decent amount of flexibility when grouping up for dungeon runs.

I have been playing Elder Scrolls since Morrowind, and this is now my favorite one! The gameplay is fluid and consistant, the enviroments are rich and full, and the storyline is engulfing. The online aspect of gameplay are fantastic! I highly recommend this title to any RPG fan.

Elder Scrolls is a lot of fun. I'd spend a little more to get the versions that come with more components. You will want them if you play the game.

If you don't have expectations based on playing Skyrim, and you give this a fair shot you will love it! It starts a wee bit slow, but grows on you quickly! Good luck!

Kind of average gameplay-wise, with pretty basic combat. It is an MMO, so you can expect to grind and farm for just about anything. It does have more story depth than most MMOs, and you can finish all the main missions of the game solo. Graphics are basically Skyrim with some prettier effects here and there. Controls are laid out well and make sense. If ESO is your first MMO you'll probably have a great time, but if you've tried others this one isn't going to stand out in any particular way.

ESO is pretty fun. There is a ton of stuff to do in it, maybe too much at times, Sometimes you feel like you're running around like a chicken with your head cut off.

This is Elder Scrolls how you've always loved it! Just online! Of course the in depth story line isn't there but once you reach level 10 the PVP element is absolutely insane!!! Highly recommend this game to any MMORPG fan!

Game is great... When it works. Too many glitches and connection to server problems. But when the game works it's 5 stars.
