Tedious Game

Best Buy dropped the ball.

My account was unknowingly hacked so an order I placed was sent to the fraudulent address. BEFORE it was delivered, I contacted both BB and UPS about the issue and they both said there's nothing they could do. So I am out $50 from BB.
