In my mind from a Sci-fi movie aspect. The Expanse is a Plethora that made it's debut on Syfy in 2016, The Expanse has always been best described as “Game of Thrones in outer-space” due to in its exploration of politics in a genre setting. The weapons technology for the it’s the entire solar system hundreds of years into the future. Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos, was smart enough to buy Movie rights and finance season 4 & 5 that will air Dec, 13th, 2019. SO MY SEASONS 1,2, AND 3 BLUE RAY PURCHASES give me a story line advantage for staying caught-up and on point. In the upcoming Season 4, there’ll be a “blood-soaked gold rush” as everyone fights for resources on a newly discovered planet rich in natural resources. That’s par for the course when the previous seasons explored brewing tensions between the United Nations-controlled Earth, the independent military power of Mars, and the working class “Belters” who live on an asteroid belt where its citizens mine the rocks for resources. Finally I have to admit best buy price match program worked out when it comes to getting a bang for my hard earned dollars. Let's face it, a Blu-ray discs provide a whopping improvement to picture and sound quality over standard DVDs. Blu-ray esp. 4K Blu-ray players I brought in 2019. 1. Panasonic DP-UB820EB 2. I thought that season one and two is great but season three blew me away. Truly great story telling and love the casts, makes it so believable and really grabs your attention. The final chapter of season three opens up a whole lot of options for the crew as well as all parties involved. I'm so glad that Amazon took over The Expanse instead of letting it be cancelled like other great SciFi shows (Firefly). Season four looks very promising, can't wait.

Had really enjoyed this series when it was on SyFy channel. Of course they didn’t renew the next season. Do yourself a favor and get an Amazon trial account and binge this great show. Oh, and Dark Matter too! Another great show that ended too soon on SyFy. Got a great price for Blk Friday/Cyber Monday (course it drop $2 more after I ordered it, lol but still great price) Looking forward to rewatching this great show.

I dont want it to end! The increase in SciFi at better quality, better writing, and engaging story lines has made this series and a few other sci-fi series top buys imo! The 3rd season continues with a wonderful story and would highly recommnd this to any sci-fi lover!

If this show doesn't suck you into its world then there is something wrong with you. Expanse has a very strong main story arc as well as excellent characters, and top notch acting. They use real physics for space travel and combat!

Season 3 continues with mankind trying to get along in this future world while encountering an alien race within a mysterious wall in space. If you're a fan of the series you should get it.

Bought this for a friend for his birthday. Had a watching party for the first three episodes and the last three episodes. Great show, even better to own!

It carries on with great acting and character development. It continues the layered story that weaves a cinematic outer space story.

Really loved this season and the time jump later on in the season was nice too. This is an must have for those fans of The Expanse.

One of the best sci-fi series. It's real physics, nice effects and the plot is interesting. Waiting for the n 4th season!!!

Fun to watch. This could happen in our future if Space X, China and NASA keep moving towards space.

I like this TV series so much, I bought all 3 seasons.

Season 1 was great and this season is even better !

I have been a huge fan of the expanse since it first aired. Have bought every season when on blu ray. I love that the seasons come with digital copies. I watch a lot of shows movies when I'm not at home. The price is always worth it to me when they come with digital. Season 3 for some reason didn't give a digital copy this time. Why not?? I think syfy just wanted to be done with the show and let amazon deal with it. Only good thing was we got some special features on this blu Ray set. I just don't like the idea of having to purchase the show again if I want digital. I will have to wait for a good price to buy it again. No ditial copy was the only downside to this season. Still love the show!!

This shows the dirty gritty life of living and working in space. It's not all wine and Rose's like STNG.

This show is very addicting. When I watched season one, I thought it was like Babylon 5. Turns out this show is better. Hopefully Syfy won't cancel this show like how they cancel other terrific shows. Thank you Best Buy for carrying these shows on bluray so I can enjoy and binge watch without commercials. My Sci-fi collection is building thanks to Best Buy.

Season 3 changes the game while still continuing to play in the Expanses amazing world. They boldly gave book 3 half a season and in my opinion, it was worth it. Book 3 was the weakest, but with the show the writers got a second chance and came up with a more compelling take. I won’t get into plot details as that would spoil it, but please watch this show!
