I have lots of older firms, been using them for many years. I love working with the ball so bought this one. I'm in my 60s in reasonable shape, this workout was adequate, not very hard but good enough. I prefer the 10' solution and Voight ball DVDs, better cuing and smoother transitions between exercises.
