This was better than I thought it would be. Enjoyed the story and the picture quality looks gorgeous!

This 4K movie is so exciting to watch and I had so much fun watching my favorite male actor "Matt Damon" play a different film role.

This Movie looks Great on 4K a lot more Detail than th Regular Blu-ray and the Dark Scenes look Great and the Color Pops Out.

Smooth transactions no problems, pricing was just right.

The Great Wall is an action/fantasy movie. If you understand that going in you will enjoy this movie. There are a couple plot lines taking place that are easy to follow and the CGI action scenes look great. It gives a whole different perspective on why the great wall of China was built. If you are a Matt Damon fan you will find that he was given ample room to perform, not his his best movie but not a stinker either. I enjoyed it.

I saw it when it was available for streaming and I got captivated with this movie. This is a high level action movie with epic bloody battles. Great story, great character development, awesome visuals FX (specially this 4K blue-ray version, one of the best image and sound quality films). This Mankind vs. Alien Queen war from the old ages based on one of the Seven Wonders of the World film is just Amazing! Can probably answer so many questions...with no sex scenes it's great to watch with the entire family.

I would highly recommend this movie for all action fans who appreciate exotic filming location and special effects! I just recently went to and climbed a section of "the great wall" in Beijin China. It deserved to be one of "seven wonders of the world." This movie captured the "essence" of the Great Wall of China and has awesome special effects and martial arts! I thoroughly enjoyed the movie and I think any action movie fan would enjoy it too.

For a far fetched adventure to explain the reason for China’s Great Wall, I found it entertaining as long as you don’t try to make it something it’s not ( it’s not the greatest story ever told.) it is somewhat of a cross between the Three Musketeers, and The Battle of The Five Army's. Pure escape fiction that requires little thought to enjoy.

When I first saw the previews, I was concerned about a "white savior" type movie, but it's absolutely nothing like that. It's basically a collaboration between the Chinese cinema industry and the American movie industry, and is visually utterly gorgeous! I bought it in part because I want to be able to study the use of color and the cinematography in greater depth.

The movie is somewhat of a typical monster movie, but the cinematography is vibrant and the action well done. The creatures look real and the story line is new. The 4K version is awesome. Just keep in mind this is an action movie and not an academy award winner with a deep story to it that will make you think for days after watching.

from the being of film it started off with action and also finsh the same way. the 4k release color is in my veiw much better than the bluray. this move has alot of bright color in it and the hdr bring it out very well. if you whjat a bmovie with bright full colors this is worth getting.

To be honest, this film is predictable. It relies on Matt Damon being the hero and saving the Chinese population from these creatures. There is an interesting plot twist but that is not what this movie is about. It is about the war with the creatures and the Chinese warriors, men and women, and their battalions. Each specific duty is designated by their colorful uniforms. These colors really "pop" on to the screen in 4K. It is eye catching and interesting to watch when the Chinese fight in their brilliant colors against the creatures. This I think is the redemption of the film. Otherwise the movie is average at best.

The Great Wall wasn’t the most exciting movie nor did it have the best story. What it lacked in those departments it clearly made up for it in cinematography! The scenes full of vibrant colors in 4K was amazing!

This was a surprise for me. I watched it on Netflix and I thought it was good enough to add to my collection. The colors of this movie are great, in line with other movies like Hero.
