This is a great mix between traditional theatre and modern pop music. The popular artists bring a whole new prospective to the already great songs. This is perfect for any fan of Broadway, it's a must for Hamilton fans.

Fantastic Rendition by multiple Artists of Broadway's Original Cast Recording. Really enjoyed listening to major current recording artists sing same songs that are Musical "HAMILTON" Tony Award Winning Cast Album.

I still buy CDs because the sound quality is so much better than MP3 and iTunes files. I have never seen this musical, but all the artists are great. Even the ones I'm not a huge fan of. Definitely recommend it!

Purchased this for my Hamilton obsessed 11year old daughter. She doesn't like it, saying that they ruined the originals, however I was surprised to find it very enjoyable. If you like the music from the play and enjoy remixes then this should be exactly what you're looking for.

We went on a roadtrip and wanted to listen to Hamilton. This isn't the actual music from the play but was before the play was finalized. It's fun and was great for our trip.

My son really wanted the Hamilton CD. Although it says mixtape, I didn't realize I was purchasing remixes. I asked an associate for help and this is what he gave me. Songs are remixes, not the original songs from show. I gave it a four because it was my fault for not picking up on remix.

Terrific job of paring up hip-hop, rap and pop artists with Lin-Manuel Miranda's fabulous music from the Tony award winning musical, Hamilton. This is a great companion piece to the original soundtrack.

I bought this to hear another take on the whole Hamilton phenomenon. It contains interesting riffs on lot of the memorable songs from the original cast album, but it is a little too heavy for me. I plan to keep listening to it and I think it will grow on me.

Hamilton has quickly grown in popularity because of how different it is from other Broadway shows. The music is amazing, and this Mixtape is a must for anyone's collection. Great great music!

The music of Hamilton is unforgettable, just as it is catchy. Having the Mixtape with cover versions by Busta Rhymes, Kelly Clarkson and even Jimmy Fallon will be an ultimate gift for a fan!

A mixtape of half the eventual songs years earlier made the Hamilton Broadway show possible. Like that seed, this tribute by so many music giants can really grow on you!

As if "Hamilton" wasn't good enough these different takes on the songs are great. Each can stand on their own. Takes them from the musical genre to radio accessible.

This mixtape (compact disc) is an excellent companion to the original soundtrack of the smash Broadway musical. Including demo versions of some of the songs.

If you like the musical, you definitely want this CD. The musical has different arrangements than the original release; but it is a great companion CD.

...are better off buying selected songs piecemeal off iTunes or Amazon. The girl songs and the demos stand out. Some of the rest is too much.

Hamilton is such a rage that it is infiltrating further into pop culture. this album is a prime example of that, and it is mostly fun to listen to the reinterpretations. Only a few missteps on this great CD

With 23 songs and a run time of 74 minutes, the mixtape can be overwhelming for those not already well versed in Hamilton mania. The added singers not from the original cast adds to the verity of songs.
