This game was hard to enjoy after major spoilers were leaked by a disgruntled former Naughty Dog employee. The story was an interesting one to say the least. The fans were divided with some welcoming the changes and many feeling betrayed. It is a story that has a lot of consequences for actions made in this game and the last giving a glimpse of what would most likely happen in reality. Brace yourself for a rollercoaster of emotions. The statue was nice. The steel book case was good too. Digital soundtrack and art were beautiful. I see the price has been reduced by $30. More like where it should be.

It isn't a by the numbers game. It is not cut from the same cloth. It is not a game that checks a predefined set of boxes. It is way more fun to play than part 1. It has a story of revenge and redemption that I feel shows games dont have to just by mindless murder sims, even if I like mindless murder sims. This game fills a need with a story that tells a new type of revenge tale. It wont be for everyone as their are concepts that some people just dont like.

I’m loving The Last of Us part 2. It’s an amazing game and a huge visual leap from its predecessor. Yes the game is dark, but there are understandable human decisions baked in the story. Regarding the extras, I wish the soundtrack was a hard disk or otherwise linkable to iTunes. The Ellie statue is much bigger than I expected and very well done. The bracelet already fell apart. Some of the other art items are cool. Definitely worth it. I can’t wait to finish!

Don't let the negative "reviews" dissuade you as a large amount of them didn't play the game in its entirety and are judging it based on a few details out of context. The first game was my all-time favorite game and this game surpassed my expectations of what a sequel could be. The story, characters, world-building, gameplay, graphics, score, art design are all top-notch. I've been thinking about the game all week and I beat it almost five days ago!

Statue alone is good quality and detailed. Game steelbook and extras are bonuses. Great, brutal game.

This is honestly one of the best purchases I've made recently. I'm a huge fan of TLOU and was bummed I missed out on the Collector's Edition for the first game. This box set includes a steelbook with gorgeous artwork, a statue of Ellie playing guitar, a set of pins, a mini art book, stickers, a replica of Ellie's bracelet and a lithograph. Definitely worth the price!

First off, I just want to say that I’m not going to really spoil anything in the game. My biggest bit of advice to anyone looking to pick this game up is to not be fooled by the overwhelming negative reviews. This game was spoiled a whole month before it initially released and you had a whole lot of people review bomb the game within the first day of its release. Basically the majority of those people didn’t even play the game. They saw the leaks, never played, weren’t happy with what they saw, and then bombarded everywhere with negative reviews. Of course this game might not be for everyone and some negative reviews are absolutely justified. But there’s absolutely no way that anyone can pick this game up, put in 25-30 hours, beat the game and then give it a 1 star review. It’s impossible. Sure you might not like certain things in the game, but to give it a 1 star review is such a joke. To me, I loved the game. The graphics are some of the best I’ve ever seen. The gameplay is very similar to the first game. The sound and the music are beautiful and really add to everything. The acting is top notch. It’s also a very emotional game, just like the first game, but just in different ways. If you can go in with a clear mind and try your best not to get spoiled, I guarantee that you will enjoy the game. I honestly can’t say much more without spoiling things. I would definitely recommend this game and hopefully you give it a go! My only piece of advice would be to definitely play the first game before you play this.

I won’t get into anything specific or spoilers but TLoU Part II is one of the greatest games I’ve played. The story is great, the details in the game are great, and the pain is absolutely real. Forget what you thought the leaks showed you this is an experience you have to play for your self. (Also the statue is HUGE, I saw the size but it’s even bigger than Nathan Drake from the Uncharted 4 collectors edition)

Never played a game like this before. The emotions you get from this game is surreal.! The gameplay has gotten better. The graphics are gorgeous! The music by Gustavo is on a different level than before. Last but not least, the story has taken a new direction. In my opinion is better than part 1. This story is a roller coaster of emotions.

Everything from the pin set, to the Ellie statue that I received, this bundle is a dream for all fans of The Last of Us series. Every piece found in this collector's set is a necessary thing to have as a fan. The game was good/great, but the real value is in the items in this set. Do not hesitate to get this edition if you're a fan.

The statue is huge, which is awesome. Some collector's editions come with small statues or cheap feeling ones, this one is hefty and feels good. The steel book is cool, the art book is nice and the small details are great (stickers and pins). My only knock is the sculpt of the statue in Ellie's face. I've seen a few decent ones online and some bad ones but mine was in the middle. The paint just in the face doesn't help so I'll have to touch it up myself.

This Collectors Edition is the perfect center piece for it The Last of Us Part II fans but PlayStation fans. It includes a copy of The Last of Us 2 with a Steelbook case, a statute of Ellie playing a guitar, and art from the game. All high quality products that you would expect from Sony, just like their TVs, Cameras, and Home Audio.

The items included in this collector edition exceeded my expectations first off the statue is amazing quality and same to every item in this package. Also I think the game is amazing even with all of the controversy surrounding it I think everyone should give this game a try it is some of the best quality gaming experiences you’ll get.

I was happy to get the email saying my order was ready for pickup! The box was big and a bit heavy which made my money worth it! So nice when you open it and see how everything is well packed the game is amazing the statue is so cool! It looked smaller in the picture but it’s a bit bigger than I thought was totally worth! I love it!!

This review is based on the Collector's Edition Content only... Receiving this box was like Christmas morning. It's big, it has some weight to it and it has a beautiful finish to it. When you open it and you feel that smooth matte box to then open the top and see layers of goodies, it's just a great feeling knowing after all the delays and the constant wait you get the sense of, "Oh yeah, this was worth it". Steel book has beautiful art to it. The picture book has awesome art in it and even the little thank you note was in a binded hard cover. Pins and stickers a very nice but realistically I'm sure those who bought this got it for the Statue as I did and Wow what a statue. Beautiful attention to detail. Ellie looked amazing and how those colors work perfectly. I def recommend this as its under 200 and it should eventually sell out. (as if this writing it was still available on another site).

This game stayed with me for a while after I completed the story. Made me cry and laugh. The statue was ok because of the weird looking face. Everything else in the box worth it. I didn’t regret purchasing this box. The steelbook is beautiful. Ignore the trolls that say this game sucks

I LOVE this game. The first has been my favorite game since release, so I had high hopes for this one and was not disappointed. Heartfelt story, beautiful graphics, and good game mechanics make this game worth the wait. Im si glad I ordered collector's edition as well. All the stuff that comes with it is amazing!

Went in blind and was floored by the graphics and gameplay. Story wise, I was a fan of the first game and I think this game did the original justice. A lot of people are not necessarily going to like the story beats which is fine, but for me, it worked and I could see what they were going for. Def worth a play.

Part 2 of TLOU is exceptional; from the story to the gameplay they met the expectations. Picks off where it needed to. The emotions behind the story is surreal and gets you involved like the first TLOU. Definitely recommend, I purchased the Collector's Edition and beyond happy with it.
