Great Special Edition Package

The bonus items that come with this special edition are great and worth the price. The quality of the carrying case for the switch is awesome, the soundtrack disc came in great condition, and poster/coin are really nice quality collector items as well. If you're a Zelda fan - and especially if you love the Sheikah like I do - this special edition is a must. BestBuy was able to ship it promptly and I received it on release day.

Unbelievable Game and a Customer Service Fail
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While I've now had a chance to play Zelda on a friend's Switch, my midnight launch event experience was tempered by the defective Switch I took home that night. While Best Buy took my name and number, I haven't been contacted once about the defective unit or that they are the doing their best to get me a replacement. I am an Elite Rewards customer and yet I feel like I've been abandoned. I wish I could spend more hours with the game because it's amazing... but still no Switch. Best Buy?
