The original was the first Zelda game I ever played, and is still one of the best in the series. The remake looks amazing. Here's hoping we get versions of the Oracle games in the future!

This game is great. The variety of echoes allow for you to handle puzzles and combat encounters in different ways. This game also brings back more traditional dungeons that were missing in the Wild era Zelda games.

As a long-time Zelda fan (I've been playing since the SNES days), I had mixed feelings going into this game. I knew it was going to be "different" for sure, but it ended up being refreshing. It didn't conform to expectations, and I think that's what made it so fun for me. The art style was cute, the story was engaging, and I liked that the series put Zelda in the protagonist's spot for a change.

I've been a Zelda fan since the NES 8-bit games. I'm happy to see the dungeons make a comeback. The game, as a whole, is cute and fun. There are a few more challenging moments, but for the most part it's fairly easy. I wish it was a bit longer, but I like to venture around so more side challenges are fun for me. Still, I absolutely loved the game and will replay it multiple times.
I highly recommend this game!

Wonderful game; hopefully they make more Zelda main character games. I'm going to treat it as if it's the only Zelda playable full game because I don't want to remember the CDI ones.

As a fan of Zelda since the original NES version, this game is very fun with great gameplay mechanics, it's art style is very similar to Link's Awakening (Switch Remake).
The star rating is off, because MOST people are reviewing BEST BUY NOT the product. PLEASE use Google reviews, or the BBB to review best buy. This is for the GAME.

PROS: As a huge Legend of Zelda and Nintendo in general fan I had my hopes up high unfortunately they were not fully optained. The game itself is fun, gameplay spot on, puzzles and dungeons great. CONS: To start with I was hoping that Zelda’s first solo game would have more original ideas and concepts instead the majority if not all of the core components are recycled from previous titles. The dungeons lack a variety of enemy types minus the bosses. I can not recommend this game to anyone who is looking for a new spin on old gameplay concepts.

Very cute and a blast. I’m newer to the Zelda series so I have no attachment to the original gameplay style. BOTW was my first entry to the series so I really enjoyed that style (open world esque) and I didn’t think I’d enjoy this game as much but I’m actually obsessed. The echo system is unique and brings a new style to adventure games on the Switch.

If you enjoy the 2D style of Zelda games with some modern upgrades and unique gameplay you will have a great time with Echoes of Wisdom. It has a compelling story, vibrant world, and excellent soundtrack. I highly recommend it to Zelda fans like myself!

the game feels so timeless and the controls intuitive. I dont have a lot of time to game so I really appreciate coming back after a week or two and genuinely having so much fun with this game. not sure when it came out but obviously game of the year.

This is one of those rare gems that's comes around every now and then. I'm this game the player is put into the role of Princess Zelda, who is swiftly saved by Link from Ganon and finds himself sucked into a mysterious void. Your task is to find the source of the voids that have appeared around Hyrule and to find Link. Zelda herself is not suited for combat so she is equipped with an item that allows her to create illusions of enemies and various objects called echoes. These can fight in her place. Early on, you will come across an item that allows Zelda to temporarily become a sword fighter which can be used as a last resort in fighting tougher creatures. This game is very charming and I found myself liking it a bit more than I'd expected. For fans of this franchise it's a nice return to the old-school Zelda feel with puzzle box dungeons and a story that takes you around the world. Highly recommend playing!

Review of “The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom”
“Tears of the Kingdom” is a masterful continuation of the Zelda franchise that builds on the foundation laid by Breath of the Wild while introducing fresh mechanics and an expansive world that feels alive and endlessly explorable. The game’s story dives deeper into Hyrule’s lore, offering emotional depth and memorable characters, while the new crafting and fusion systems bring creativity to combat and puzzle-solving.
Visually stunning and accompanied by a hauntingly beautiful soundtrack, the game perfectly balances freedom and structure, allowing players to tackle challenges their way. Whether you’re gliding over picturesque landscapes, solving intricate shrines, or battling fearsome foes, every moment feels crafted with care.
For fans and newcomers alike, “Tears of the Kingdom” is a must-play that sets a new standard for open-world adventure games.
