This is a real cute game but don’t let that fool you because it is definitely a game worthy of the Zelda franchise. Very cool and clever puzzles and dungeons to solve and finally Zelda takes center stage.

Creative, fresh, but still feels like a Zelda game, a different entry in the franchise that makes you feel like you are in the world of Zelda with a different twist, good story (surprisingly) and great gameplay. I recommend to give it a try

It's a nice 'cute' version. Playing as Zelda is amazing. My son finished it first in the family. Will always love a 'Legend'ary game!

Not in my top 3 Zelda games but it was a blast to play! I really like the new ways of how you interact with items and the world around you. Its not as difficult as previous titles and theres always multiple solutions to each puzzle, but id say its on the same open world level as breath of the wild and tears of the kingdom considering I explored the majority of the map before even starting the first temple.

Echoes of Wisdom is a marvel both visually and gameplay-wise. Wisdom is sort of like a companion piece to Princess Peach with clever puzzles.I enjoyed the story.

This is a well-paced 2-D Zelda game with a lot of interesting ideas. The best part of the game is actually the overworld which has a lot to explore and plenty of fun sidequests. The dungeons are alright. The removal of classic dungeon items and instead relying on echos and a couple other abilities for all the puzzles isn't as fun as getting a new wacky tool each dungeon. Despite that, the design of most of the dungeons are pretty good. And this game has some cool surprises in its story that I won't spoil. At the end of the day, you can't go wrong with this game, but keep in mind that it may not stack up against previous top-down Zeldas like Minish Cap and A Link to the Past.

FINALLY, after all this time, we get to play as Zelda!! With all the other Zelda games playing as Link, you get very familiar with how to solve the problems the game has with Link. Now playing as Zelda, you have to get use to a whole new way solving puzzles and defeating enemies.

Like all Zelda games it is a very fun game to play. Lots of puzzle's to try and figure out in typical Zelda fashion. Its a big game with lots of side quests along with the story line. Glad to have another Zelda game.

This game is great. The variety of echoes allow for you to handle puzzles and combat encounters in different ways. This game also brings back more traditional dungeons that were missing in the Wild era Zelda games.

Very entertaining and quickly engaging. Good balance between succeeding and being challenged with puzzles and bosses. Fun story with nostalgic components of the previous Zelda games in a new iteration. Very enjoyable game, strongly recommended.

This is a wonderful Zelda title. Not only is it sweet within the same Hyrule as A Link to the Past and A Link Between Worlds, but it's also the most puzzle-focused game in the series with the main character being Zelda. The puzzles are not big head scratchers like some other games, but a few times I just had to stare at the dungeon room for a while as I considered every possible solution. Of course, the solutions are all found within the long list of echoes (copies of objects and defeated enemies) you have at your disposal, so get well acquainted with all of them. Actually, I never used more than a handful of echoes for anything, because I found those more than suited for solving how to get around and also dispatching enemies. If you are a Zelda fan or even just a fan of puzzles, you owe it to yourself to play this.

Disclosure, I have played every major Zelda game in the series since the original debut for NES 1986, so I may be biased. The series abandoned the classic formula with BOTW and TOFK, making the series more approachable for even the youngest of players (think Mario Galaxy) but left the more seasoned player or an older novice wanting more. Enter Zelda Echoes of Wisdom. A healthy mix of classic Zelda elements: stylized visuals, interesting play dynamics, dungeons, robust characters, dramatic story development. Much more depth and richly rewarding, an enjoyable title done in the spirit of Links Awakening. If BOTW and TOTK were your introduction to the series, you owe it to yourself to treat yourself to this classic Zelda experience.
