I loved every moment of this classic game. Seeing this game remade and reworked onto the Nintendo Switch was a treat. If you're a massive Zelda fan like me then you need this on your shelf.

What an epic and amazing remake. Visually a masterpiece and being able to replay the story is fun. Now with that being said; I feel the game is a must play for anyone who hasn't already played Links Awakening. On the other hand if you have already beaten the game in another version like I did when. I was a kid (black and white Gameboy) then you will probably not be challenged enough, and like myself... I still remembered where to get the next item and the next maze key, so I breezed through the game in about 9-10 hours. So for veteran players you might want to rent or wait till the game comes down in price. And for new Links Awakening players enjoy the story and guessing game of finding items and keys and ways into the mazes.

This is a challenging and fun game that the kids really enjoy

Super fun entry to the Zelda series. Good for new Zelda fans and still a challenge for seasoned Zelda players.

Fun port of an older game. It’s been fun showing my girls a game I loved when I was their age and seeing them fall in love with Zelda and Link like I did.

This game was a great companion when I was a kid and still is a good companion as an adult.

Wasnt really that interesting for me. Just wasnt really my style of game but i have heard alot of people that enjoyed the original liked it. Its really just another Nintendo remake they are knowned for making.

Love this game I beat this game within a week bc of how addicted I was to it, however I also lost my job, girlfriend and home during the run though but who cares about all that

The redesign of this classic game looks amazing. Try to wait for a deal though since the amount of new content for a reworked Gameboy game feels a little short of a full price tag.

I really enjoyed playing this game. It is like a mix of old Zelda with Mario. However , have in mind that is a short easy game and not like Breath of the Wild. But is good for a fun time.

This is a great remake that retains the original charm but has a few quality of life improvements that really elevate it. It is a tad on the short side but that is to be expected of a Gameboy remake.

This had to be one of my first additions to my Switch library. I love the classic Zelda games and this adds the nostalgia of the classics with some modern flair. Highly recommended!

Its a good throw back to gameboy time still as challenging

I never played the original, so this was entirely new to me. However, it seems to struggle on the switch hardware as if it's a port or something. Noticable slowdown, framerates and rendering issues.

My time spent with The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening for Nintendo Switch has been a great amount of fun. The original on the GameBoy was my first ever Zelda game and what this HD Switch remake offers is what I pictured in my mind as a kid. Taking the nostalgia goggles off, there's nothing too spectacular going on here, it's just a solid "2.5-D" Zelda game with overall crisp gameplay (disregarding minor frame-rate hiccups in high-activity areas), a familiar story, and a compelling art style. If you're a fan of adventure games, you'll enjoy this one!

Game meets expectations, would recommend to any Zelda fan or even anyone trying to enjoy a nice little semi open world game.

My son has been a fan since the 1st The Legend of Zelda game and I see the attraction.

This game is great. Memories comes back and real good details.
