Had to do some review on this game before purchasing it to see what id be getting into. Glad to say I pulled the trigger and got it. The different way the story is told is unique and cool. I love the combat and art style of this game. Playing it on the switch feels almost too perfect.

This game is pretty fun and the music is glorious. I felt that in some sections the story would drag on a bit and due to pretty easy battles it was a little lack luster, but it was still a fun game over all. I would recommend this game to any RPG fan who wants to start a new adventure!

The premise of this game sounds cool! You are at the final boss and suddenly get amnesia so you have to revisit all your past memories to remember how you got to where you are now. However you can forget all that. None of it matters. The amnesia thing has no real impact on gameplay and the game would be exactly the same without it other then some dialogue. The game itself is incredibly linear with few side quests. The combat is incredibly easy and poses no real challenge. The graphics aren't all that good either. Only play this game for the story and honestly the story isn't all that amazing either.

This game was released as a PC game before, but works much better on the switch. It starts out super easy, but dungeons get more complicated and monsters harder to kill. Loot isn't pertinent except for quest hand-ins because inventory changes between chapters. Multiple endings possible. Loved the art and the music was fantastic, too.

If you like RPGs and humor, mixed with a shorter running time, this game oozes charm and is great to play through over a weekend. Probably has a low print run too, so pick it up while you can.

This is an interesting game in my opinion. It's an RPG, but you play as a character who loses all of his memories during the final boss! So, in the 5 minutes you have before he wipes your party, you have to play through various memories as the main character remembers them. This creates a very unique RPG that's perfect for travel because you can play it in small bursts. It's not the most indepth game and the story's played for laughs more than anything else but its still a great addition to the system, especially if you like playing in hand held mode.

I like the presentation of this game which is similar to the old school JRPGs from the 1980s and 1990s. The gameplay was fun and I like the pixel art. Also, I found the story to be original. I recommend this game for players who like playing the JRPGs from the bygone era.

Battle systems were very simple. Captures old school style RPG but lacked the satisfaction of defeating the last final big boss. Got to the point where I didn’t even upgrade my equipment. Kind of wanted to grind a little more, but overall... good story line and easy play through

This game is fun, a bit flawed mechanically but fun. The concept of reliving your adventure to in flashbacks was cool but doesn't always got home.I enjoyed it and I'm sure many others will too

This game is a fantastic RPG. Every time that I boot it up I want to keep playing for just 5 more minutes.... 30 or 60 minutes later I'm still fully engaged and having fun.

It takes more than 5 minutes to play through, but you'll be entertained for most of that time. It does get a bit repetitive, but it's still worth completing.

You play as the hero who starts with amnesia right at the final boss and has to remember in sections how he got there. A fun and interesting game

The schtick with this one is that you play through a series of flashbacks as standalone chapters of an old-school JRPG. The issue with that is that almost nothing you do in one chapter affects any others, so there's no sense of character progression. The story is fun to experience, but the actual gameplay feels pointless sometimes. Still a decent game, just not a great one.
