To really understand what people of that Era did and how families stayed together is a lesson we FORGOT !! The fact that the son of this absent Father wanted to go back with Dad speaks highly of Honor. The ending is a bit sad, no spoiler sorry.

The Blu-ray provides a good picture and sound. The story is very interesting and based on a great novel. The hero is exploring the Amazon Jungle looking for a lost civilization. The movie is beautifully filmed and is definitely worth a look.

This movie apparently didn't do to well I theaters which is a shame. The acting was great and always had something going on. Plus even though its not a popular story it's one of the more historically accurate ones.

This film does a great job showing a time line and history of the explorer Fawcett. But lacks some action and could have been made more exciting for a longer film to keep more interested but overall a good film

A good visual interpretation of the book, but not as exciting as I had hoped. If you are looking for an action film, look elsewhere. Probably 3.5 stars, but that wasn't an option so I gave it 4.

A genuine slow-burner, "Lost City of Zed" gets more engrossing as it proceeds. Good acting, subtle drama and intriguing history combine for a real winner, one I'll watch many times. Charlie Hunnam had me worried at first, but he won me over by the half-hour mark. The bonus features are limited, but interesting.

Charlie Hunnam does a good job in this film based on a true story about the early exploration of Amazonia. Much was filmed in S. America. Story takes place in uncharted Bolivia.

i waitd a long time to see this movie, but it was a little drawn out in the beginning , although it did pick up as the movie went on. expected more. glad i paid 9.99

The Lost City of Z (pronounced Zed) is a very underrated movie. It explores the expeditions of finding a city in South America. The profit an estate were great, especially Charlie Hunnam, Robert Pattinson, and Tom Holland. It is long and a bit wordy, but it is very good.

To be honest, I expected more. However it is a good movie worth watching as it is based off an actual historic event. The Cinephotography is excellent.

While I enjoyed the movie, the end left me wanting more. I thought the ending could've been a little more defining but overall I enjoyed the movie.

If historically accurate it is not too bad for the adventure aspect. Hunnam's British accent was a fail since he couldn't escape his Irish tongue.

Good movie about someone I've never heard about. The story was put together really well and makes me want to learn more about Percy Fawcett

A real life Indiana Jones from almost the same time period is brought to life in this well made, beautifully photographed film about the search of a mythical ancient city deep in the South American jungle. Excellent cinematography adds to the story telling.

The movie could have been a little shorter, 90 mins instead of 120. Very interesting story especially since it had really happened. The movie was very interesting. The storyline at times was slow. But all in all it holds your interest. It truly is a sad movie , but it dose have a very interesting ending.I would not recommend this for the action movie goer. But this is a movie for the avid movie watcher. Which then I would recommend it.

The lost city of z was a good movie and at the end it sort of left you hanging we flet like he should have taken his family with him

The movie and image are both serviceable, but the special features are lacking just a bit. But for the price, it’s steal.

An exciting true story of an early explorer whose belief in an early Amazon area civilization was proven by later expeditions searching for him. Charlie Hunan is excellent in this role and deserves all the high praise he has received.

The professional way that Best Buy notifies you of delivery is great and I like the hard to find items are available.

I have to be honest I have been waiting to see this film originally in theatres but missed it thankfully its now on blu ray and I plan to see it soon, from the reviews I have read its one of the year's best so my hopes are high.
