Been years since I viewed movie, just wanted to have in my collection, because it is a classic and at a good price.

You always fear when they do a remake on an original classic it won't be as good. It was good but not as GRRRREAT. Not discounting Denzel Washington's acting or the others...

Wanted to watch in Blu Ray before seeing the new Magnificent Seven. My family had never seen the original. Good movie, but the new one is more entertaining, I say grudgingly.

It was fun to see all the old actors, but had forgotten how slow the action was. My 20 something daughter didn't have the patients to watch, but my 80 something mom loved it.
