    This movie pays tribute to all writers out there who has ever struggled to write a story for the ages. This tale has been told in pages, script, movies and comic books from everywhere in the world but not like this. It truly shows the character of the man and the motivation to create a classic for the ages. Defiantly a family film worth watching

    A very fun movie starring the actor who played Matthew in Dowton Abbey, and I am pretty certain this is the last movie where Christopher Plummer was in.

    I enjoyed this version of a Christmas Carol. I love Christopher Plummer and he was perfect choice to play Scrooge. It is a nice movie to enjoy by yourself or with the family.

    I bought 14 Blu Ray movies on Black Friday because the deals were great. I had seen this one in theaters and was pleasantly surprised at how enjoyable it was. I recommend it highly.

    I don't know if they are calling this an a exagerated true story or not but, it is an interesting one. Not your typical happy,happy Xmas movie, but it was a good concept.

    It was nice to see Dan Stevens after playing the Beast become Charles Dickens during his process of creating “A Christmas Carol”!

    One of my favorite Christmas movies. It takes the well-worn story, A Christmas Carol, to a new level, revealing the economics, family drama and creative struggles Charles Dickens battled and embraced to fuel his creative process. While this is not a dramatization of A Christmas Carol, the Scrooge character, as he is born, developed and grows to do battle in Dickens' brain, has become my favorite Scrooge.
