4-5-1= Four movies of five stars for one best price. One of the best movies series of science fiction. The best work of Keanu Reeves.

Not sure if it was my device or the DVD but there was a constant noise in the backgroound most of the time. It sounded like a buzzing and at times it seemed part of the movie. I haven't watched the other two, yet but I love the movie. I recommend the movie and hope I do not need to replace by device

This is a necessary purchase for any sci-fi or techie. All Matrix films included in one low price plus the Animatrix DVD. The most interesting aspect of these films is the interplay between several different philosophies represented by different characters, their interaction with one another, and their reactions or responses to situations. Also, the Matrix films set a new standard for martial arts in films. I highly recommend this collection.

The Matrix series has fallen a bit to the wayside in recent years, but remains a pretty compelling sci-fi thriller. This DVD set includes the first discs of all 4 Matrix movies, which basically means you get all the movies for one low price. The trade-off, of course, is that you do not get any of the special feature discs included with the regular DVD releases. It's a nice value if you're only interested in watching the movies themselves.

The movies are great classics! The last two are a little different, much more of a cult classic type, but still good! The packaging was a little disappointing. They used a single long spindle in the DVD case and stacked all four discs on it. It makes it easier to scratch them and harder to get to the one disc you want. Overall though, for the price, it was worth it to have them on DVD.

Great collection of the movies at a ridiculously cheap price. Only issue is that the discs are all stacked on top of each other. Highly recommend getting a DVD case with extra inserts to separate the discs.

Even this long after its debut, it remains a pioneer in special effects. The storyline is thick with archetypal themes, allegory and symbolism. Something for the action-lover, philosopher, martial arts fan, and just about anyone else who's looking for a good movie to lose yourself in for an afternoon.

The Matrix is an all-time classic, one of my favorite films. But the sequels can't live up to the original. Matrix Reloaded is okay but Matrix Revolution isn't. The Animatrix is interesting. Still this collection is great because the price is so cheap. Own it for The Matrix alone!

I BROUGHT THIS FOR ONE I LOVE IT AND TWO I LOVE IT AND THREE I LOVE IT. NO JOKING!!! THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE MOVIE COLLECTIONS OF ALL TIME AND THE PRICE WAS ATTRACTIVE. I CAN WATCH THESE MOVIE OVER AND OVER AT MY OWN CONVENIENCE.

Action is great. The movies are a great fit fir the action type person. All afes sgoul likectgese movies. I recommend these movies very much. A total movie experience.

"The Matrix" trilogy, while supremely executed runs out of steam before series conclusion "Matrix:Revolutions". Finely-tuned performances by principal actors Keanu Reeves, Carri-Ann Moss, and Lawrence Fishburne, get bogged down in storytelling semantics halfway through second film "Matrix:Reloaded". Special effects and fight sequences reign, while story and dialogue get sidetracked in the face of a series of plot threads that go unresolved due to time and lack of preparation on the part of the creators.

A great movie series about the real world that is behind the facade we believe is real.

Bought this for my husband and he loved it. If you are a fan of the Matrix this is the perfect collection.

Had a long talk a few years back and was told about the ships all bring named after the demi gods found it very interesting

This is a great deal for all the Matrix movies. The picture and quality was very good. My kids lived it.
