Very nice to see this film in high resolution 4K with the new color grading, which makes it look more like the original theatrical release

Have been a fan of the Matrix series since the beginning. The 4K UHD with Dolby Atmos version on my updated home system was like seeing this 20 year old movie for the first time. A great theatre experience right at home

If you're skeptical on upgrading to Ultra HD, watching The Matrix in 4K will be some of the surest proof you need that it's worth it. The fine details and rich colors make this the best viewing experience since sitting in a theater back in 1999.

Another great remaster of a classic film. Must own for all film collections. Demands multiple viewings and now more than ever in this remaster. Visually stunning that still holds up even after so many years. Sound is probably best for demos.

This classic movie on $K UHD is like injecting the original format with steroids. The visuals are to die for and the sounds will make your chest thump. This is an absolute must see, especially if you crank it up on a powerful surround system.

One of my favorite movies. And with the ultra quality it gives visual and sound effects a better viewing experience. But u need a 4K or Better tv and 7.1 sound system to really get the effect.

Love this movie and you can enjoy it even more watching it in the clarity of 4k. I watch this movie and then the other two on blu-ray and there is a real big difference in quality. If you like this movie its well worth the money to get it in 4k.

I'm a Matrix fan to begin with, but watching it in 4k UHD is a whole new experience! Picture and lighting are very crisp, it's like they are in your living room! If you are a fan of the movie I would definitely recommend upgrading to 4K.

Revolutionary movie making made even better. Better sounds amazing visuals and vision. And I have not even been able to see bonus materials. My only complaints are not going back to change credits to respect Lana Wachowski. Shameless.

A true masterpiece of Science fiction. Ground breaking, suspenseful and thrilling. This movie never fails to delight and no matter how many times I've seen it, it always brings me great joy. So excited to one day share this with my teen age son. Highly recommend.

I was 20 when this movie first came out and I have the movie on vhs, dvd and blu ray. I wasn't sure how much better this 4k version would be and man I was blown away!!! I have a OLED TV and this movie with the darks and HDR looked amazing!

When this movie came out it was one of kind. It led to many other similar movies but I still enjoy Keanu in this one. I recommend getting Blu-ray for this movie. Would be really nice if the whole trio set came in 3D since there is really good action scenes.

The new 4K transfer of the Matrix trilogy has given new life to these films. The HDR lighting is awesome, picture is crisp and the Dolby Atmos soundtrack is amazing on the right system. Steelbook is great too - highly recommended.

WOW this and the other Matrix movies are the best looking UHDs I have very clear and sharp and the colors are great. I don't like the steel book design but I had to have it anyway rather than the regular release for my collection.

Although I already owned a copy of The Matrix, it was an early 2000s DVD, so this was a good opportunity to upgrade. The picture quality has definitely improved, but I was disappointed to see that the green filter is still in place for the majority of the film. Additionally, I wish the cover art was different (perhaps closer to the Blu-ray SteelBook art). Other than that, I’m pleased with this product. It was also a nice addition to have a downloadable digital copy of the film.

This is the best version released you can actually hear the voice of the actors and actresses when they talk versus only being able to hear the action sequences in the previous releases, all the audio is perfect the video is perfect!!!

Purchased this as a birthday gift for my son. Love the Matrix trilogy and wanted to pass down one of my favorite movies to my son. You already know it looks amazing because it is in 4K. Great purchase for any fan of the Matrix.

I remembered when this flick 1st came out in the theatres people couldn't stop talking about it and the Cult Groups formed instantly. I think The Matrix stands out as the best of them all. The 4K Picture & Sound is Stunning!

Today marks the next step in human evolution. The Matrix in glorious 4K. The world has never witnessed something more wonderous and life altering. It was a difficult and long journey. Now it has ended. You cannot settle for less.

The original DVD release of the Matrix pushed DVD player sales, but always had a "green tint" to it. This release feels more like the original theater release. If you have a 4K player, you owe it to yourself to pick this up!
