After the Mouse that Roared, four years later the Duchy of Grand Fenwick is back, although the name seems interchangable with Fennick. Professor Kokenz is back, but this time he's not building a bigger bomb, but now to discover why Fenwick's wine is exploding. Hereditary Prime Minister and con artist Rupert Mountjoy is out to get American aid and is willing to soak the American tax payer for as much as he can, by saying the money is for space research, when he intends to use it for indoor plumbing in the castle so he can take a hot bath. That was when Professor Kokenz discovered the wine could be used as an unconventional rocket fuel. Rupert Mountjoy brought his son, Vincent in to take over, but all Vince wanted was to become an Astronaut and his girlfriend Cynthia was convinced he was crazy. British Intelligence was curious, so they sent master spy, Terry Thomas. It got much nuttier from there.
