The unit performs as advertised. However, the most attractive feature of filing and sorting is most convenient with their cloud service. This service should be free given the price of the unit. Otherwise, this is just a scanner.

Set up...easy. Operationally ...Slow. Unfortunately the Neat Cloud that I purchased was unable to extract information (it's biggest selling point) from several differently formatted documents and receipts. Called Neat service to rectify the problem and was in touch with agent after a few minutes. Unfortunately I could not understand the service agent trying to help me sort out the problem. Decided to take it back then and there. Other considerations... Unable to wirelessly connect directly to your PC or printer. You've got to go through the cloud.

Neat Connect is a dream to use and set up. Paper clutter buster.

I did not give 5 stars because the sync is slow, but could be my computer. I like not having so much paper around

This is a great product but the instructions are complicated. No instructions come with the software.

The product was good until the company does a software update and then it stops working. Worked with support and not fixed, they don't know what to do so I am returning the product.

This was gotten for my mother for her birthday. She runs her own business and is not good with complicated technology. She was able to hook this up and set up the software all by herself.

It kinda works. I had issues with it eating my paper. The network connection only connects directly with the cloud. It would have been nice if it could connect to a local computer over the network. I had issues with the software not working properly, and being extremely slow. It's very expensive. I ended up returning this and buying a Fujitsu ScanSnap instead. It was half the price, it didn't eat my paper, the scan looked a lot better, it autocorrected scan issues better, and the software worked a lot better.

I thought this was a great product for the whole family

I did alot of research .considered the reviews good and bad. then with the pros and cons decided this was a step up for me. It has been a great decision. Does what I needed. Very easy to set up. No surprises,, No disappointments.
