I give my friend as a gift he just love it he use a lot for his work porpuses, he told me is the best gift ever. Fast, quick and multiuser so far no problems I will highly recommend for work or a gift

I was very excited about this scanner. Lots of great features are offered in this scanner.. And that's about where the excitement ends. I got the scanner home and it worked great. Set up was a breeze and the software that it comes with makes things really easy to use. Then the scanner stopped feeding paper properly through the scanner. I trouble shot with online FAQ and this did not help. Then I got on the phone and called customer service for help. Well they gave me the same information that was on the FAQ page. Customer service for Neat was very unhelpful. It took 45 mins for someone to actually come to the line. Very Very upsetting. When I asked if a 45 minute wait time was the usual they said that if I "purchased" a higher subscription I would be helped quicker the next time. REALLY? I MUST PURCHASE A SUBSCRIPTION FOR HELP WITH YOUR PRODUCT? I gave Neat 1 more chance. Maybe the scanner wasn't built correctly. So I returned my Neat scanner to Best Buy and exchanged it for the same exact scanner. Well, that didn't help either. Same problems with the new scanner. If I could give this product 0 stars I would. I decided on saving money and went for a Brother scanner which cost me 250$ less and it actually does what I want it to do.

I like the concept and for the most part it works well. At times you have to push paper thru to get it to feed.

Has been used extensively during past month and has been very reliable. I haven't had the chance to use all the extra features yet, but it has been so user friendly that I look forward to testing the recipe scans and then search ingredient(s) on hand for recipe results. The receipt scan breakdown is awesome and a huge time saver for tracking business expenses!

There are so many scanning options with this machine which makes it so convenient to get documents and business cards scanned with clarity.

I have a neat desk and thought of upgrading to the connect but you cannot scan and save the document to a folder anywhere but in the cloud. That would not work for what I needed it for.

We needed something to store all of our insurance paperwork & receipts resulting from the tornado. This is exactly what we were looking for!

Pros: Looks good. Feeds paper, business cards, even drivers license thickness. Cons: Took 5 reboots to recognise my business wireless router. Once it connected it froze trying to connect to Google Drive and Dropbox. Reboot, same thing. Would not recommend this product.

Love that it is so fast and that I can use the cloud from anywhere to sort receipts and documents!

This is an easy method to store and save receipts, and locate if necessary. Have been able to easily organize. Very useful.

The only drawback I can see is that you have to have another Neat Cloud account if you don't already have a place to store the info. I'll use the trial period, and then switch to my own server. It was just easier in the beginning to use the NEat Cloud for free.

Being able to store images of my receipts is so much more convenient than keeping them in an envelope

This is a very easy unit to set up for use and it is wireless.

Great product! It does everything it is advertised to do and is simple to install and use.

So far it's winderful...easy set up and user friendly!!!

It is very useful to make large PDF files. Would recommend to anyone.
