I got the wireless version and finally had to call tech support to get it working properly. It needed to be reset to factory setting then it worked well. Customer service representative was very helpful.

Needed product for a project in another state. Took it there unopened. Doesn't work. Product has a touch screen in the center which does not light up.... BB won't help! Neat keeps asking me to do things, which I have done. Product number on bottom of scanner does not match the last sheet they gave me to read. Am VERY frustrated. Customer service seems to be a lost art... This was a top of the line, brand new scanner (not refurbished).

I could use scan-to-email to just quickly file everything. I decided that paying for Evernote was worth it for my family, but their free version is a good alternative too. Both of these free options (email or Evernote) are better than a filing cabinet to me. Instead of having 4 or 6 filing cabinet drawers full of papers, we don't need to occupy any space.

This is a good scanner with an emphasis on good not great. If this scanner was one or two hundred dollars cheaper it would be a great scanner. It has great features like how you can search by keyword but that function messes up more often than I would like.

Makes it so easy to organize receipts, checks, etc.

Product does what is advertised. Very pleased with this addition to my home office.

I purchased this to scan everything to my laptop and my iPad

I bought this scanner for its wireless capability. I had intended it to connect to my Wi-Fi network, but it's not really designed to do that. You can only scan to an email account or something in the "cloud", and NEAT wants that to be their cloud. So returned it and got the Brother ADS-1500W wireless scanner. It's much lower profile, much less expensive and it works great.
