This is a great addition to our business to keep receipts organized and especially when it comes time to do our taxes. It is very simple to use and works great with quick books.

I purchased the NeatReceipts for my sister whom has a small business. Very helpful and needed to keep receipts and important papers organized. Friends would also purchase the NeatReceipts for their home personal use.

It works great for me being an otr driver but it's a little slow

Some documents are not read correctly. Review documents autmatically entered for possible misread numbers. Once set up syncing takes a long time occasionally. The largest version is much faster.

I looked at this product several times before I finally purchased it. I feel it is an investment that will pay for itself within just a few months. I like how much neater my desk looks now. I will recommend it to my friends and family. Our accountant will love me being more organized, also.

Easy set up and easy to use. I primarily scan document type stuuf and the quality is excellent.

The scanner does a good job on documents. The software however is terrible and the cloud subscription is very overpriced. Probably better off getting something that syncs with Evernote.

It didn't take long to be to and running and scanning receipts. I like the scalability of the software and the accuracy of the information. Worth the investment!

The neat desk fits well into small spaces, looks good, works fantastic, user friendly.

The set up was very easy. I started scanning in bills and receipts right away. It was extremely easy to set up the folders and enter any additional information I needed for my documents. I have not had any issues with it. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

First it worked till the upgrade or maybe a software conflict which it won't recognize the scanner. Just got tired of troubleshooting it and returned the product.

There were no directions, you have to go online to get any directions and they are not real clear. The system is also very slow. I would not purchase this again.

The idea is great. The unit is easy to setup and use. The scanning is a decent. It reminds me of the old Logitech scanners. The software is simple and useful but doesn't have too many features. The biggest issue is the Neat support - there is none unless you purchase cloud based service. Their support is 8 - 5 EST. So essentially this means if you work a real job, then you are SOL if needing support at 5 EST as home user. If you live in another time zone - you are essentially non-existent. I can't imagine these guys will be able to survive long without better service options. My advice - if you are in desperate need to go digital then this might be helpful. If not, then save your money.

Scans receipt, recognizes tax, total cost intelligently. Problem only comes when receipt is fainted

Great product, minor limitations and easy to set up. It can generate summary expense reports with calcs, etc and can export the files and contact lists

This is the coolest thing if you have a lot of receipts.

Bought the Near portable scanner to organize receipts for taxes. Quickly categorized purchases and reduced the amount of work I had to do!
