Happy with how it works. Unhappy with having to spend $119 to get a year of the cloud 30 days after spending that much to buy it.

We never used it because it just seemed like another step to have to take rather than a time and space saver. So, we returned it.

The product works well as a scanner. Unfortunately, there are problems with using the scans with Quicken Software.

Didn't like it at all. Most Home Depot receipts were not read correctly. Electric bill was read for 1300 instead of 150. Huge mistake. Saved no time than simply typing everything in myself anyway to fix all scan errors. Don't buy

Great product. I no longer fill my file cabinet with paper.

Works great. Would like to be able to scan and have contacts added to my personal contact list.

Will keep my reciepts from fadding and will hopefully make tax time easier next year

I was hoping the scanner would be more intuitive. I have to enter most of the information myself. However, once it is in the file, it does create a nice business report using the proper tax categories.

I thought it will be fast but it is slow and quality is gust ok

Set up easy, works as advertised. However next effort to use, it wouldn't open. Customer Support very difficult to work with, not phone contact only delayed email. Would not recommend until Customer Support function is improved.

I started using this to keep track of my receipts and it is working as it is set up to do. I also use it to scan documents to send through emails. Works great.

I have to scan receipts every week for expense reports, and this scanner works great. Easy to plug in and go, doesn't take up any room, and the quality is great. Simple set up too. Perfect for my needs.

This was a gift for a family member. I saw them using it, and they seem to really like it. We have a desktop version of Neat scanner, and its a good product.

Purchases to keep up with information for taxes. I could not ask for a better product. Have a friend who is going to purchase it for his business.

I have tried to download program to get to work on my computer. I even called the geek squad for help and they couldn't get the program to down load. I am taking the device back for refund.

I have talked to tech support 3 different times. once they even had control of my computer. it still crashes after a minute or two. I don't know what to do now other than send it back

Nice try but need a lot more work does not see all receipts you can try to manually put it in but in the machines always updating doesn't seem to work right not even worthy of one star.
