I do not generally like Jim Carey how ever this is a pretty good movie. Makes you think, definitely one you want to pay attention to while watching.

Its not a bad little thriller. Nice to see Carey branching out a little bit.

For me the main reason I liked this movie is because of Jim Carey. To get a break from the hilarious Jim Carey and get a glimpse of the " other half," was spectacular.

Received on time and in good condition would recommend Best Buy to all my friends

Never really seen Jim Carey in a serious movie & this movie was so good.

The number 23 isn't like most movies. It keeps you guessing constantly and you really think about things when you see it--even if it's just you becoming paranoid for a bit after seeing it. I thought this was a pretty interesting captivating film, not like most these days.

Even though Jim Carrey gets a bad rap when he tries to stray from his oh-so-successful comedy career, I found his performance to be one of the few things I enjoyed about this movie. I found his haunted performance quite believable, where I could see how such a trivial obsession could become quite overwhelming. Like so many movies these days, however, I felt that the climax of the film came too early which left a too-large chunk of the end dealing with tying up all the loose ends to make it pretty. Maybe it's just me, but I'd rather see shorter movies with some loose ends left up to the imagination rather than a longer movie that comes tied up with a pretty bow on it.

My wife and I love this film! We can't figure why it got so many negative reviews. The plot was great, keeps you guessing, and has a great twist at the end. Jim Carrey proves once again that he can do more than just comedy. (He was also good in Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.) I can't say I side with everyone elses reviews, but I know I'm not alone in thinking this was a great movie. I recommend watching it and making your own assessment. Also, some other great movies with similar plots are The Jacket, Session 9, The Devil's Chair, and Memento.

After the first hour I seriously asked myself outloud what the plot was in this movie. It seemed to be going nowhere. Toward the end there is a key point where you learn something that changes your viewpoint of both the characters and plot. It was not the best movie I have ever seen but it was pretty original and for that I give it credit.

This was a great thriller that I almost missed. I thought it sounded kinda dumb at first, but it was very good!

It's a great movie, definitely out of Jim Carrey's normal movies.

The movie was very slow and my husband had to be woken up after about the first 30 mins. He did not even finish the movie. The ending was very bizarre, I did not see it coming. Very twisted and very disappointing, the promos made the movie seem really interesting.

Jim Carrey as a comedian funny. Jim Carrey in this type of movie um no. It's about a man who is haunted by the #23 everywhere he goes. I've never seen a person abscessed with the #23 since Michael Jordan's retirement.

Jim should have stuck with the comedies! Big waste of time! This movie was such a disappointment. Especially for thrill seekers who enjoy a mind twisting scare. This is not it!!

Lots of things wrong with this muddled mess: bad pacing, sub-par acting, weak story telling, far fetched, boring at times, laughable (in a bad way)....it's just not effective. A bad movie and one of the worst (if not THE worst) that I saw in 2007.
